My husband and I had an issue with our air conditioning not working. We had a bad experience with a different company in Milford who overcharged us and did not provide great service so we were a little hesitant about calling another company to fix the problem. Luckily, we called Modern Heating & Air Conditioning and the experience could not have been more different. Drew came to our house and was polite, respectful(he wore booties in our house to prevent carrying in dirt from the outside on his shoes). He quickly diagnosed the problem(a mouse had bit through a wire), he replaced the wire and gladly accepted the $ 50 coupon for $ 100 offered on the Unilocal site. There were no extra or hidden charges and Drew could not have been more professional, helpful or nice. My husband was very impressed with their quality of service and employees. In this day and age, where there seems to be so many disreputable companies(one look at dateline episodes will inform you), it is so refreshing to find a company that is honest, fair, has great employees and genuinely wants to please the customer. I can’t say enough good things about this company(our service was on 09÷30÷15) and I sincerely hope they get more business from this review… They deserve it!

We recently converted from gas to electric and we had a tremendous experience. Matt and his crew were thorough, professional and very efficient. They worked with us on ensuring the system was the right fit for our home. They handled the state rebate paperwork and the installation of the furnace and the hot water heater comes with a service agreement for a period of time. After that time, they offer an annual service agreement to ensure the system is running properly.
