Constant wrong orders and rude staff! The manager however when she is there is responsive

I am so offended by what the drive thru worker had to say to me this morning. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant. MY DOCTOR has informed me that consuming up to 180mg of caffeine a day is okay for my baby. But this obviously PhD holding DRIVE THRU worker had the audacity to tell me that my SMALL DECAFFINATED COFFEE was not good for MY baby! A small decaf coffee contains about 5mg of coffee for everyone who is unaware that decaf does not mean caffeine free. So unless these employees messed up my order, last I checked 5 is less than 180. I know what is good for my baby, I have been doing what is good for my baby (maybe not perfect). I am just so offended by this transaction. People really need to learn to keep their opinions to themselves about OTHER PEOPLE’S Pregnancies!!!

This is my preferred DD in Milford. Aside from being cheaper than the one near Cumberland Farms, it is clean and the renovations look great. I only wish that it was cheaper so I could better support my DD addiction.

I’m usually not a Unilocaler BUT after this I figured I was doing a disservice to the people in my area by not commenting. I moved into this area a few months ago, I’m an avid coffee drinker so I’ve been here a bunch of times. sometimes its ok, sometimes its terrible and sometimes I just have to leave and go the one around the corner. Today, was one of the bad days. went there for a quick coffee on my 15 min break from work, first everyone stared at me instead of taking my order, awesome. finally someone comes to take my order, although he messed up a little he fixed it so it was ok I got a breakfast wrap and a iced coffee. I get my wrap super quick, as the worker was making my coffee there was a big manager looking guy standing there trying to teach the staff how to mop the floor. seriously. I must have gave him the dirtiest look. he made the guy that was making my coffee, stop what he was doing (which was already taking forever) to watch him mop then asked him «do you have any common sense?» after about another 3 mins I get my coffee and jet out of there. Now, late to work I finally sit at my desk open my bag, and not only is my wrap there but there is also a dirty pair of gloves from the person who was making the sandwiches. GROSS. This place is just bad, bad service, bad attitude. Don’t get me wrong some people who work here are nice and always a pleasure. like the nice girl at the drive thru or the girl manager. but from what I experienced today, I’m never going back unless there is a coffee shortage and they are the only place that has any left.

As far as DD locations go in Milford (since we only have like 13), this one is the best. Their employees are always quick, fast, and efficient.
They are finally undergoing renovations (as of April 2014) and they are so immensely needed. This building wasn’t an eyesore but it just blended into everything else. For being such an awesome location, I’m glad it’s getting a face lift. And yes, they’re open during renovations!

I need hazelnut iced coffee in my summertime life. fast service and finally people get my coffee order right.

They make an awesome ice coffee. The line is always fast. They have never messed up my order and everything is always fully cooked or toasted. The window ladies are always smiling and trying to up sell. They are very friendly and patient.

Went through the drive through this morning.
My coffee was hot with my two milks, just as I ordered. My two glazed were fresh and tasty.
Only problem is that now I do have to work out tonight!

This is a beautiful DD in a good location; however, my orders always get messed up. I could order 1 drink and it comes out wrong… I don’t understand it! I do not go to this DD even though it’s so close to my house. I’d rather go to a different one than deal with the employees here!

This Dunkin Donuts is terrible. Hitting the drive thru 1 out of ever 3 orders come out right. The people working here are really stupid. Seriously, how hard is it to make a cup of coffee or a tea? If you say black no sugar they put in cream and sugar. If you order a Hazelnut you get Regular. Just makes no sense. I guess this is why the drive thru works quickly is beacause they just give you what ever.
The other Dunkin Donuts on Woodmont road is better to go to.

It’s hard to get in and out of this Dunkin Donuts, which, obviously is not their fault. The drive through moves pretty quickly, but the line is always really long. Parking is kind of awkward.
Also, a note — What’s the point of putting the cream cheese on my bagel for me, but leaving it all in the middle so that when I want to eat it I have to re-​spread it anyway? And then I don’t have a plastic knife to do it with!
