I’m sure this wont post but these guys make and confirm appointments (Richard) who said he will be at the place by 8:30 a. m instead shows at 7:30 a.m. they don’t even answer there own phones till 8:00 a. m Carl 216−857−1295 who is a total jack a! apparently said they are really busy so at that point I explained then cancel me since you don’t show up at the appointments as stated and then they said well since your not here we have to go on. It’s 7:30 a. m idiots and you don’t even answer your own phones and I have to put my day on hold for your stupid a## No continue to be «busy» and neglect your appointment times that you setup. DON’T USE THESE GUYS USE A LOCAL GUY NOT A CHAIN !
