Came in here with a friend to paint. The entire staff is made up of the owner and her 3 workers who were arguing and speaking loudly with each other through the entire painting experience, which was seriously unprofessional. They told us AFTER we painted and paid(highly overpriced, by the way) that it would take 2 weeks to get our ceramics back. I received a phone call a few weeks later from a worker who asked me to describe the ceramic that I painted because they had misplaced it. It took two phone calls but they assured me that they had the correct one and I could come in and pick it up. I picked up my ceramics and upon arriving home I noticed that in fact they HAD given me the wrong one. I called the store back, understandably irritated at this point and the underage worker told me to «stop bugging out» and gave me her boss’ cell phone number. I spoke to the boss who told me I WOULDHAVETOCOMEBACKTORETRIEVETHEITEMTHATTHEYHADMISPLACEDTWICENOW. Why? Because«they don’t do deliveries.» She claimed the mix up was because they’re too busy with so many customers and I assured her that now she will have quite a few less, so as not to worry. She told me that she would put my ceramic aside and I could pick it up without an issue. Upon arriving at the store, the next day they STILL had no clue where mine was. We waited 30 minutes for the boss to come in. And once she did she informed me that I could LEAVE without my ceramic(which had already been paid for) because she didn’t like my attitude. She is the ABSOLUTE height of professionalism. She finally found it and told me to never come back, which I greatly assured her would not be an issue. I SERIOUSLY recommend you go to Zelda’s, the Plaster Gallery, the Plaster Galaxy or any other of the myriad of ceramic stores for a MUCH better experience.
