We had an a/c unit put in by MountainWest and they messed up the install and that caused damage to our downstairs. But when we tried to get them, either company, they said it wasn’t their problem because either MountainWest wasn’t in charge or Service Experts wasn’t responsible since they weren’t part of the original install. So terrible customer support for both companies.

You ever went to a mechanic and got a tune up and then while you are greeting your tune up they give you a list ten miles long of things that need to be fixed? That’s what has been my experience thus far with these guys. Last year they recommended cleaning the blower wheel and a time up. I reluctantly said yes. They made a different appointment to do that. A guy shows up and does the tune up and tells me I’ve been using the wrong size filter. He writes on the heater a new size. He also tells me he can’t do the blower wheel cleaning. I go and get the new size filter and the next year of course he recommends the blower wheel be cleaned and tells me I’ve been putting the wrong size filter. He blames the dirty wheel on the wrong size filter. He does give me a discount on the blower wheel cleaning from the normally $ 220 to $ 150. Doesn’t that sound like a car mechanic to you. «normally it’s» _____insert exorbitantly inflated price here___“but I’ll do it for«______insert lower price but still a lot here ____ The service is good I’ll admit that but the little show with the normally price and the but I’ll do it for this much is eerily familiar to my experience with a car mechanic. And also can’t forget about the upsell attempt to try and get a yearly tune up on my heater and air. Wtf was that? I don’t need you to come and tell me I need to spend more money on my heater, much less do it two times a year Time to shop around for good service and low price

Had a great experience with the scheduling and speedy response of the technician, Jeff, in SLC today. He was friendly and professional. The price seemed relatively in-line with what we expected and we were so thankful to have someone respond reliably on short notice.

My husband and I have used this company for over 20 years and have had nothing but the best results and service from them. They are always professional, on time and keep our unit in perfect working condition. In my opinion, they are the best out there!

My AC was freezing up so I call the«Service Experts»…They arrived on-time and said my Coil needed cleaning(typical AC problem)… Then gave me an estimate of $ 500 to clean them??? I told Dennis K. this was a typical AC problem and $ 500 was overcharging me but he held firm to his $ 500 coil cleaning charge. I asked him to contact a supervisor and let them know I have other Reputable AC companies that will only charge between $ 200-$ 250 to clean coils. He said he called and his supervisor said«that was the price». In my opinion this company is trying to take advantage of it’s customers during the HOT months of the summer! *BEWARE* SOCALLEDSERVICEEXPERTS then charged me $ 49.95 for basically NOTHING but coming into my home and trying to rip-me-off… I then sent in a Customer Satisfaction Survey requesting my money back and they have yet to respond(probably never will!) If you are in SLC and in need of a good AC company… DONOTCONTACTTHISONE!!! UP-DATE… Called another company who showed up 2 hours later, Cleaned my Coils and my outdoor condensers for $ 235… I found a new AC company!
