Absolutely disgusting! There was a freaking bed bug in the bed, my first time ever seeing one in person. When brought to the hotel’s attention nothing was done. Checked out at about 4:00am out of disgust/​discomfort in the room after awaking from itching & spotting the bug. Instead of assisting Devin (the manager) asked the hotel staff if they had saw the insect themselves & could care less about the disaster of the situation. I am so disgusted. The worst customer service that I ever encountered in my life.

Awesome experience. The rooms are large and well-​appointed. The bed is very comfortable. The facility is quiet. And, it is right across the street from a Martin’s store so getting snacks is a breeze. We will stay there again and again.

I was in the area for a friend’s wedding in March. I must say I was nervous because I usually stay with another chain. However, this hotel was a better deal and I didn’t use their wedding rate.
I loved this hotel! The breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of everything. The staff was very very nice and helpful. I had to do a double take because there were two different guys both named Ryan.
The elevator was a little noisy, but the rooms looked just like the pictures online. I loved this hotel, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.

The hotel is brand new– clean, warm, and inviting. The gentleman behind the counter noticed we were military and immediately gave us a military discount. The room was large and very smartly decorated. The room included a microwave, refrigerator, full length mirror, closet, king sized bed, and couch. Very pleased with the service and accommodations. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is still practically new. Nice decorated décor. Great room layouts. I did notice some hallway noise in the room, but not enough to bother me.
The breakfast includes pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, French toast, make your own waffles, coffee, milk, apple juice, and orange juice. It is definitely a nice breakfast to start the day and a great value for the nightly rate.
