I had been taking my kids here for about a year and never had a problem. My son got the worst haircut I’ve ever seen the day before his 1 year pictures. I’ve told the story many times and everyone thinks while I’m telling the story that I’m exaggerating until I show them the picture! Botched is a kind word to describe the haircut. I wrote the owners since the stylist had a reputation for bad haircuts and nothing was done. Not even an acknowledgement of my email or concerns. I only gave 2 stars instead of a 1 because Allison saved the day and fixed it. I won’t sacrifice poor haircuts and customer service for convenience of location!

…my daughter was happy with her haircut but could have done with out the yanking of the brush through her hair.

2 stars for good movie choice, no line and cleanliness.
Zero stars for the jacked up hatchet job my poor kid has. If I don’t coif it in the precise way he looks like his front bangs come to a point like baby Count Dracula.
And it was $ 16 freaking dollars which isn’t a ton in the grand scheme of things but I could have made him look like a count at home for free.
Never. Again.

I have been taking my son here for about 2 years. I highly recommend the stylist named Ashley! Their are 2 Ashley’s so you have to ask for the one without kids! She is awesome! She is very patient with my special needs son. She does a great job cutting an even hair cut even when my son is a little wiggly. I highly recommend this salon and especially the stylist Ashley!

My son had his hair cut here yesterday. Guess where I spent my morning… at my own hair salon having a stylist fix the hatchet job that was done to his head of hair. It was 14 different lengths and just a mess. What was even worse than the hair cut was arriving home yesterday, tousling my son’s hair and having gobs and gobs of hair shed because the woman who cut his hair didn’t use a blow dryer to get all the cut hair off his head. It was gross. I paid the same amount of money at a real salon today.
They might have cute seats and play kids movies, but this place is a total waste of money. NEVER AGAIN!!!
