I hate writing this kind of review but my, my, my. I ordered a BOWL of Chili not a CUP and made it clear that was what I wanted. I also ordered a half sandwich and coffee. After the order was placed, it was QUITE surprising THAT both my wife and I had to repeat afterwards our soup order…” What kind of soup dId you want? «I went to get water and I received a CUP of soup… and NO coffee. I seldom give a review like this, but the service deserves noting. Very disappointed. This is not my first rodeo at this Panera, but my first review. Previous to this adventure I purposely didn’t review that the tables needed cleaning. The first few occasions I ate there I just decided it was a bad day and let it go. They’re fortunate I didn’t give them one star tonight. That’s my opinion. No good reason to have both orders that wrong and incomplete. As I said, that’s my opinion. I could go on, but enough said. I hope if I go back it will have improved.

Always friendly service and tons of pastries to choose from. Always coming back for more.

Over the last few months I’ve noticed that this location declines a little more each time I come. Dirty tables, dirty floors, horrible bathroom, employees standing behind the counter socializing. I think this may be my last time coming here. If you can’t take the time to clean your dining area, I shudder at what the food prep area must look like.

Super crowded but at least they had enough food and were not running out well before breakfast was sh filed to end

I can never go wrong with Panera. It’s my go to place for lunch, coffee, a cookie, anything. It’s always quick, and the food is always good. I can’t see myself not going there.

What’s happened to panera’s every single table is filthy food and trash all over the dining room floor workers visiting friends while people are in line only having bagels and coffee don’t think I’d dared trying something from the kitchen here even the front walk way has loose bricks standing here and there

New broth bowls are not good. I got the Soba bowl and my soba looked more like ramen. Really skinny noodles, weird flavor combinations.. My bowl was lined with basil. Why? I don’t know what my mushrooms were suppose to taste like but they were bitter. The chicken was the regular sliced rotisserie chicken. I threw more than half of it away. The highlight was my blueberry scone and nice food preppers. If you want Asian style food, don’t get it here. #TheyTried

I don’t know what is going on with this Panera location. My food used to be spot on and now it is poor. My order was incorrect and the sandwiches were put together hazardly. I would rather wait a few extra minutes for my order to be accurate and look appetizing than incorrect and thrown together.

My boyfriend and I go have gone to this location a couple of times, and have not been disappointed yet. Service is always fast and easy and the food is of course excellent. The restaurant itself is very clean and looks nice.

I have been a fan of Panera for years. My company and I have ordered numerous times with large orders and they have been accomodating. Today, I experienced the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I called in a phone order for 11 of my staff members for lunch at 10:30 for pickup at 11:30. I figured it was enough time to have it ready. First off, I spoke with someone who had ZERO personality and had a hard time even taking the orders. Secondly, I had to add 2 additional orders and he basically told me no because the restaurant was too busy and he had to call me back. He took my number but never called back. I had to call back 15 minutes later to adjust the order. I am highly pissed at the poor customer service received today. When we go to pick up the food, the orders were wrong and not ready even after coming at noon, giving them an additional 30 minutes and they ran out of half gallon jugs for the tea. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON!!! The Panera on Midlothian Tpke is usually better than this, but there are always issues with phone ordering. In my opinion, if you know you are a busy loacation, you need to have additional staff on the phones as well as in the store to handle the times when you have large orders being called in. Even though this was paid for by my company, I will never spend my own money at this loacation. The service is way better at the Panera on Hull St Rd.

Not the nicest Panera I have ever been to, but it does the job. The food is always good and the same quality as anywhere else I have been. The seating gets SUPER crowded and I often can’t believed how absolutely packed it is in there!

This particular Panera is not a corporate Panera, it is a franchise. Most of the time when I go in there, there are dirty dishes overflowing out of the tubs, and even on top of the bins
to where you can not put more dishes down. I recently went in there and it took me about ten minutes to get a parking place, which I didn’t mind. I was in line at 10:20 and at 10:32 I got my order in. There was a long line, going out the door, with only one cashier. She stated we quit taking breakfast at 10:30. I told her it was only a couple of minutes past and I had been waiting in line. It didn’t matter. I called the manager later and suggested if they use 10:30 as the exact time, he may want to get extra cashiers in helping at 10:20 or so to make sure everyone is served. I also told him, if he has a line, and not enough help, and can not serve people so they are able to capitalize on the breakfast before it changes over, he should provide something complimentary. He didn’t say anything. I wasn’t ready for breakfast that early so left. Terrible management and cleanliness, great waiting staff however

Call me a terrible person for not patronizing all the non-​chain coffee places and I’ll just hang my head and agree, but sometimes… I can’t help it. Panera reliably makes my no-​foam latte with speed and charm. It’s never bitter or burnt or cold, they never accidentally put weird syrups in it unlike certain other places that can’t grasp I really do just want a –plain– hot latte…
I generally like the food if i find myself in desperate need of noms, the prices are reasonable and the staff cheery. I –cannot– fathom how my Panera rewards card works though… or… maybe doesn’t. The thing is baffling.

Panera has something for every one. I’ve started watching Calories & Sugar so their Chicken Noodle Soup & Tuna Sandwich were very good and healthy.
The Order Line was long but moved very quickly and the Food was served within 5 minutes of placing the order.
I’ve always enjoyed the Food but unfortunately I’m going to be staying away from all the DELICIOUS DESSERTS they have.
Some Panera’s are cleaner than others.
I do like the fact that their Prepared Fresh Every Day Breads are donated every night to Charity Organizations. Way-​To-​Go Panera! God Bless you.

Hit this place on a Saturday morning. lucky for me I was between crowds. Good tasting coffee, couple of flavors out to choose from, had great cinnimon rolls, cibata bread breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, sausage. Service was excellent, food was tasty and they have a loylaty card. so you can earn free stuff!
Thumbs up! On a weekend morning though, expect to wait in line, unless your lucky like me!

I love their salads but the new Salmon salad was not that good — the salmon did not seem that fresh — like it was thawed earlier and just placed on my salad. Their food usually is so fresh — that being said, I will go back to my usual Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. I do love Panera though!
