Awesome place for a sandwich or dinner. My personal favorite is the chicken parmigiana hero and the meat lasagna. The staff is also very nice.

One of the best Italian delis in North Jersey and that is saying something! The staff is friendly and helpful and there is so much to choose from. We got subs #1,2and 5 and loved them all. Daughter also got an emapnada and chicken cutlets, again wonderful choices easy to heat up and eat and restaurant quality. The number 1 sub is an Italian with a spicy pepper relish I almost left off but glad I didn’t. Added a nice little kick. Stop there!

The best Italian deli in midland park. I have enjoyed their sandwiches for many years. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Very clean and sanitary. Parking is easy. Best fresh bruschetta and tuna sandwich. Large selection of sandwiches and other prepared food.

I love this place. We live in outside Philadelphia and every time my boyfriend travels anywhere near Midland Park, I beg him to stop at La Strada for #7 w roasted reds. We also get a great pepper relish on it too. The rolls are great! So is their potato salad. I could spend all day eating there. Wish there was one closer to me!

Have been enjoying la stradas fine foods for a long time now — love their tuna sub with extra onions. Tried their turkey, brie, shallots and lingonberry jam sub today. Wonderful, simply wonderful! I want to point out one thing that would elevate this sammie from the divine to the exquisite: make those shallots crispy!!!

La Strada used to be one of my favorite places to visit. The sandwiches were so fresh and plentiful.
Went back recently and they were good but I think the place is under new ownership and it’s lost its charm. The menu doesn’t look as enticing as it used to. I think they specialize in catering now?
Service was fast and friendly and I will definitely be back to try one of their famous italian subs. In all fairness, I got a chicken cutlet sandwich with swiss, honey mustard and ham. It was GREAT, but their specialty is the classics.

La Strada has really quick service — we had four subs of substantial contents ready and packed within 10 minutes… it was fantastic.
The deli itself is old-​school Italian: big, meaty, and spacious. The woman who helped us out was great. The sandwiches were all pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary that left me craving more!
