Raymour and Flanigan Furniture

Never purchased anything here before, so was a little unsure about what to expect. We saw some ads on TV that they sell mattresses in addition to furniture, so we decided to check them out.
We had a really nice salesman, Joe A. He seemed very knowledgable, informative, and most important, not pushy. He was very, very nice.
The store had a very large selection of mattresses, which surprised us. They had different brands, prices from high to low, firm to plush, just about anything you want. The prices seemed fair, compared to other stores we went to.
We scheduled the delivery at the time of purchase, they told us we would receive a call the day before to give us the window of delivery time, and they did. We just took delivery and everything went smoothly. Whew! The delivery men called within the scheduled time, they arrived promptly, were courteous, patient, and very efficient.
Now, the only thing left is whether we actually like the mattress, but that’s a story for another time.

Got a 900 mattress in october 2013 its now ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₄ its dipping in the middle; 60 dollar pillows are dipping also next time … sleep number mattress

Pricy furniture but good quality. Sales people will swarm you and they just keep coming in waves. Thought after telling the first two they would have gotten the message. Iwas only looking.

Sale process simple and pleasant. Delivery arrangement is stressful and nightmarish for me.
