If I could I would give this store 0 stars!!! I was promised my furniture by today (over 2 weeks after purchasing it) came today and looked like a truck ran it over! How in the world could it have even been put on a truck looking like that to go to someone’s house? The other piece had a screw sticking up through the leather. The delivery men were nice and immediately called and had it refused. I called the store and the girl was so rude. Told me that once I give them my money everything is out of their hands! Seriously? Now I have no furniture and I have to wait another week to get a delivery of an item that is in stock at their warehouse. Do not buy from these people!

I love my furniture and the people who helped us were fantastic. My only complaint is that the return policy is so strict. Our mattress was much firmer than were remembered in the store and the only option was to get 60% of our valued in store credit, but get charged a 40% restock fee. This would mean we get 20% the value of our mattress.

When I shop I don’t care to be followed around like I’m giving away $ 100 bills. Sales people are too pushy and too fast to pull out their calculators to tell me how cheap my monthly payments will be for everything I look at. I want to shop in peace and when I told the begging salesman as such he looked at me like I just slapped him. Just go away and when I want you I’ll come to you.

Purchased 3 pieces of LR furniture with Ashley. We ran into two problems, the biggest one being an issue with the limitation of reclining ability — at this point, Ashley has agreed that it’s a workmanship issue and are scheduled to come out and repair it. Ashley currently has a 3 star rating but Joshua, the sales associate at the Middletown office is absolutely awesome. Historically, my wife literally runs from the furniture associates when shopping — Joshua is so pleasant that he was nice to have around yet gave us space to shop and discuss between ourselves. 5 star for Joshua — 4 stars overall. Go in and ask for Joshua!

Unlike the other reviews, I must say this shopping experience was a pleasant one. I went in to furnish my new house, so I spent very well over 15 grand. The sales associate by the name of Miles couldn’t be more professional and pleasant. The manager was very professional as well. The variety of furniture was amazing as you had so much to choose from and I bought everything on the 4th, and had my new house fully furnished on the 7th. The delivery was on time with professional laborers who put everything together as well.
