Rarely am I compelled to provide a review but was happy to do so in this instance. Utilized the Middletown location for nearly a year for work purposes. Courtney and her staff were incredibly accommodating, pleasant, and easy to work with. Courtney in particular will go above and beyond to help you in anyway she is able. As long as Courtney is managing this location, you cannot go wrong storing here.

Only use this place if you need it for 2 months or under. I’ve had a unit here since 2012 and my rate has gone up nearly 40%!! I started off paying $ 135, they have steadily increased my monthly rate to $ 175 in an 18 month timeframe!!! Stay away from these thieves at all costs!!! Forget trying to talk to them, they can care less about you or your business. If you need a longer term, go shop around to other places who will be happy to work with you. Consider yourself warned!

I’ve recently rented a unit with Public Storage after viewing several different local storage facilities. I had the great pleasure of working with Courtney, who was very professional and down-​to-​earth and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and up-​front on what to expect. The facility is very clean, secure, and in a safe area. Its odd that you have to drive on the opposite side of the road to enter your gate key access, but its doable, the gate is not very crowded in my experience. I was fortunate to get an amazing deal on my 10×15 unit and the rate is locked in for 6 months but if not for the deal, their prices are in line with other facilities in the area and the staff, location, facility set up, and security were enough to put it above the rest in my opinion.
