DON’T STAYHERE!!! I traveled far to visit and arrived in town around 3 am. I was charged for the night, which I explained to the front desk that after 12 am is another day. So I decided to leave and went to the motel on Washington Street, located in Middletown, CT. There were no vacancies at either motel. So after driving all day and night I decided to return to the Passport Inn, in which the front desk wasn’t changing his mind. So I stayed for four nights and paid close to $ 300, with nothing included. They put me in a basement room, in which at first I was excited because there was a Jacuzzi. To then find out it didn’t even work. No breakfast, basically nothing free! Very disappointed and wouldn’t return. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve took the time to drive to another town and stay at a hotel that would’ve had breakfast or at least something included. I would’ve liked the luxury to stay in a room with a balcony. Also when I did decide to relax in the room, the TV and air conditioner were timed to stay on for so many hours at a time. Very annoying to have to keep getting up to turn the TV and air back on. If you have the time and money stay at a hotel. Not worth the headache or the money!!!

This place is awful! Do NOTSTAYHERE! Not only is it dingy and smells bad, the rooms have no locks on the door. There is the one rusty-looking key they give you and then the door pulls right open… its awful! The room stank of smoke and there were unidentifiable stains on the carpet and bed spread. Also, the cab driver who took me far away from this hell hole told me they usually only rent rooms by the hour… yikes!
