Papa John’s Pizza

Middletown has a pizza place in every shopping center, sometimes two. Papa John’s is one of better chain pizza places. It’s totally different than mom and pop pizza places, just like Taco Bell is on another planet than actual Mexican food but still tastes good. I love the «Garlic dipping sauce» that comes with every pizza. It is basically margarine and garlic flavor but it makes eating the crust one of the best parts. The pickled banana pepper that also comes in the box is a nice palate cleanser between slices. The grilled chicken topping is pretty good, seasoned nicely.
You’ll be in sodium city after eating a Papa John’s personal pizza. I drank about 4 liters of water afterwards. The cashier was very friendly.

Decent chain pizza, better than a lot of the greasy, cheese-​on-​cardboard pies that try to pass as pizza around here.

Ate Papa Johns last night for the first time. I couldn’t believe the difference! It was fantastic… absolutely the best pizza I’ve had in my 72 years and I’m from Brooklyn, NY. I always thought that the advertizements were a load of cr_​p but I am now a believer. Great stuff!!!

During back to back traffic one day, I was stuck on 84 heading towards Middletown when I had the pleasure of meeting the soon-​to-​be owner of this new establishment. I have to say, I have never met anyone so kind and generous and excited to start what has become a successful business. This food, while it may be from a franchise is the freshest and tastiest I have ever eaten. Slams Pizza Hut out of the ball park AND tastes better than some of the family style pizza places around here. WooHOO!!! this IS as good as it gets!

Papa Johns has finally made it to Orange County. This place is definitely the cream of the crop when it comes to «factory» pizza (i.e Domino’s, Pizza Hut etc.) I became slightly aroused when I saw that there was going to be a Papa Johns just down the street from my house.
Stopped in the other day to pick up some Chicken Fingers for me and my DD. The service was polite and prompt and I was on my way in no time. Gave the delivery service a shot the other night and the pizza was at my door in about 20 minutes. I’m sure it won’t stay this fast as more and more people find out about this gem, but I was impressed.
There is nothing better than the Garlic Butter sauce. My cholesterol medication worked double time that night. Make sure to give this place a shot next time your looking for some late night munchies…
