This place is absolutely disgusting. The people that manage this facility are disgusting and have no concept of ‘customer service.’ They were entirely rude and disrespectful to me when I called to inquire about the status of my order. This is the second time I have had an unpleasant experience with this place and I will certainly not be ordering with them anymore. Far too many good restaurants in the area to be wasting my time and money on such a trashy establishment.

Frank’s has some really good pizza, as well as some not so good pizza. My favorites are the buffalo chicken slice, the baked ziti slice, and best of all the grandma. I could probably eat a whole pie of the grandma to my face… not the personal but a whole pie (don’t judge me.) I’ve had a few decent pasta dishes – pretty standard pizza joint fare. The pasta fagioli hits the spot on a cold winters day, especially with some garlic knots to soak it all up. Prices are reasonable and the guys behind the counter know what they’re doing.

Place is nicely set up with various choices of pizza and entrees. I gave this place a three stars because of their staff behind the counter. A guy with glasses had a really bad attitude whom was very careless to when my order was ready. Someone else had to ask what was I waiting for and when I was driving out he forgot my salad to my dinner entrée. The owner has a great place but needs maybe nicer staff whom are a little more attentive.

Fast service decent pizza and a nice interior. Whenever in the area shopping this is our go to Pizza spot. They also have good sandwiches and really good garlic knots. It can be a little confusing walking in if there are loads of people standing around so I just let one of the guys know behind the counter if I am grabbing a table. Give it a try.

Margarita pizza comes with pesto on it– brilliant idea! Yummy! Turkey wrap wasn’t that great– the turkey lunch meat was thick and had that very turkey taste. Very bland.

Very good pizza… But can be very pricey. Also make sure when you order an entire pie they are actually giving you a fresh pizza.
I’ve seen them put an entire pizza in the oven minus 1 slice to heat up for customer,… Then they took one slice of plain, and doctored it up to match the remainder of the pie. Glad it didn’t happen to me bc I would throw a fit.

I AM SO VERY SORRY!!! This review was for Frank’s Pizza in Newburgh.
I understand that this Frank’s has super great food with reasonable prices and an awesome staff. I have yet to eat there, and quite «Frankly» if they do not let me in I will understand. They only thing I can do now is apologize over and over again. Try them I have read they are good.

Just got home and had the worst grilled chicken salad ever! Everything I ask not to be in the salad was, chicken cold, bread hard and also cold, and paid for something and didn’t get it! from now on I’ll go to another place to order anything. Thanks for waisting my $ 8.

Got a sicilian slice. It was crunchy so much I bit my tongue. My daughter ordered the Manicotti lunch for $ 11.25 she got 2 Manocottis!!! Never ever again will we eat here !

This is my favorite pizzaria in Middletown (that’s saying a lot because I can name quite a few of them in Middletown alone). The staff is always super friendly. They have a wide array of toppings and stuffed slices. The crust is usually cooked just right so it’s crisp, but not too crunchy and the sauce has just enough spices that it’s not overkill. Their garlic knots are some of the best I’ve ever tasted — soft, lightly toasted with plenty of garlic and parmigiana cheese on them! Even their entrees (chicken parm, chicken francese, pasta) are pretty good, despite being more of a pizzaria than a restaurant. It is also in a great location, Orange Plaza. I recommend this place to everyone!

Chicken Marsala slice was awesome. I was skeptical of the thick crust but it had a light dough with a crispy outside, almost like deep dish pizza.
The garlic knots are unique. They are literally 50% garlic, 50% knot. They taste very good but you’ll definitely want to brush your teeth before you talk to anyone after eating these. I felt they were just missing some Parmesan cheese. They bake the knots when you order them.
Most of the place is waiter service. I didn’t realize this when I went up to order at the counter which I guess is really more for take out orders? I’m not sure. I still ate my stuff here.

Updating review. Ate pizza here many times, finally tried lunch entrees.
They left a lot to be desired. Both chicken marsala and chicken francese were paper thin. Very sad! Regular Slice of pizza was very hard. Service and quality is not up to par.
One yummy type of slice isnt worth the disappointment on everything else.
