Hana is now«The Park» — I’m pretty sure it’s under new ownership. Still a very good place to eat, high-class atmosphere, but see their new listing for reviews and contact info.

Hana is mostly about ambiance. It is truly a beautiful restaurant with an excellent wait staff. The fusion dishes, however, need a little help. This is not a Japanese restaurant, per se. It is a mix of other cuisines with a Japanese touch. I had the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken itself was excellent, however the tomato sauce that it was smothered with tasted like high-end Chef Boy-ar-di! The pasta that it was served with was limp and had a too-soft texture. In fact, I had incredible heartburn from this entrée all night(nothing is worse than tomato sauce acid reflux!). My wife had the tofu over vegetables. Also, nothing great about the dish, although she didn’t get the heartburn. The saving grace of our meal was the sushi appetizers. The sushi was tasty, fresh, and served with great presentation. The Midori roll stands out as one of the best rolls I have tasted anywhere. If you go to Hana, you will be better served if you stick to a sushi meal and leave the fusion menu alone.
