I have gone here quite a bit over the years and had good experiences, but haven’t been in a while and decided to go in recently. WAY different experience. Limited colors and the bottles were not in good condition. People that worked there were not friendly. When I asked about pricing of services, got different answers. I was getting a shellac polish change and was handed a basket full of random «nail wheels» with partially painted samples. Couldn’t really tell what the colors would look like.
This place is not what it once was. Disappointed. Hope they can reinvest in some of there materials.

Would give zero stars if possible. I arrived on time for the appointment that I had for noon, and there was one other customer in the salon. Two other customer arrived after me. The customers who arrived before and after me were serviced and I was left to wait in the lobby, despite having an appointment. Now, there is no other way for me to know if the other customers had appointments as well, but if they did, then they booked 4 appointments when only 3 techs were available and expected someone to wait. Or they simply do not honor appointments. In any event, I had to leave. I have a baby, and have an extremely limited amount of time available for pampering myself which rarely happens. There are dozens of nail salons within a 5 mile radius of Caravelle Nail Spa. the next time I have any free time available I’ll be giving my business to someone else.

Brand new into Ohio. Stopped here because it was close and, frankly, I had to start somewhere because my nails were non exist due to opening moving boxes.
SO GLAD I WENT! Everyone was very friendly! Very clean and professional. Tee (if I’m spelling right) did my nails and toes and did a great job! Price is par for any nail salon.

Wonderful service! Everyone is very friendly. I walked in for a full set minutes before closing and they were not inconvenienced at all. Vincent is great so ask for him. They already do waxing and soon they will offer facials too. I will be back!

I am so glad I found this place! It just opened and is right around the corner from my office. I went in for a full set of nails and a pedicure. The tech’s number #1 and #2 did my services. The pedicure was the best I ever had and my heels are still smooth! I normally go to Ambience, but I was feeling a little rushed there all the time.
I am obsessed with nail tech #2! He gave me the best nails I have ever had! He really took his time and made sure my french manicure was perfect, even staying 15 minutes after close on a Sunday. WIth a tip, a full set of nails and a pedicure only ran me around $ 70. Very reasonable! Please give them a try!
