This place is awful! Went for breakfast and it took 25 minutes before the food came out? They said the kitchen was backed up. The waitress brought us a cold pancake to eat while we waited for our actual food. Then the food showed up and I was missing the sausage that went with it. Service was awful!

We came here today with 10 people from a Senior Day. Health Center. The food was okay and the service was satisfactory
Bathrooms were like at a beach at low tide but«aside from that Mrs Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?»

I have tried to like this place but it just doesnt come close to what it used to be. On a positive note the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The food at best is only mediocre. The menu is very limited and the quality of the food is subpar. It really is too bad because with its great location and appealing atmosphere this is a place I would love to go to frequently however the subpar preparation of the food steers me away.

Disappointed with our meals. Service was slow, but the food came out fast. We had a barely warm clam chowder which was mainly runny broth and barely a piece of potato or tiny clam. The Greek side salad was good, but nothing special — the highlight of my meal. I had a Greek Sampler of already cooked food just BARELY heated which was ok at best and a veggie quesadilla which was ok. Overall it was an ok experience. I won’t be planning a return trip.

Tried this place since we drive by often. It wasn’t really good. First thing we noticed walking in the door was a moldy smell throughout the restaurant. As you go back to the bathrooms it’s worse. We sat at the bar, the two stars are for the bartender, she was very upbeat always smiling and friendly. She made us really WANT to like the place. We ordered the oriental wings well done, she said ok you want them nice and crispy… yes…well they were so burnt you couldn’t taste any flavor, just burnt skin. Next we got the greek sample plate. The only thing good was the grape leaves everything else taste like chef boy ardee out of a can. Didn’t really eat much of anything, took it with us but the kids didn’t even want it. Won’t be back.

First off, this restaurant is now called Haley’s, which I believe is a name after the owner daughter plus he wanted to somewhat keep the Daily’s name. But enough of the history. I’m 26, I use to spend every holiday here, if I got a C in math we even went there. Now, you couldn’t pay me. Food is terrible and went down hard. Not just because of new ownership, the old owners made it terrible the new owners are just continuing it. Last Sunday 5⁄24 I went for breakfast with my father and brother. It was quality time I cherish with my family at a place we loved years ago, and this was a decision to give it another chance. It was awful. I always ask before breakfast if they use egg beaters or real egg, egg beaters don’t sit well with me. I got egg beaters. Sausage you can tell was sitting out, most likely cooked in the morning,?was burnt. Home fries were bland, NO seasoning whatsoever. Here is the worst part which really pisses me off because I have these maybe 3 times a year. The pancakes. First they gave me and my brother chocolate chip, we didn’t really care but we didn’t ask. Second the menu said we were to receive pancake(s) meaning more then 1, like most establishments do. Third they were NOT fluffy there were the terrible flat pancakes like crepes you make at home. Lastly, they were burnt. The consensus at our table was because we came to the end of breakfast they gave us the stuff they would have needed to throw away, and it seems true. I’ll upload pictures. Sorry Hailys but you’ll never see me as a customer, not even for free.

So this place has been under new ownership since January 2014. The food is actually pretty good. I got the fish sandwich(haddock) with fries and a pickle. Service was also good and price was decent. Holy hell does that place need a make-over though. Way too dark, the table was sticky everywhere, and the seats were shredded in places. Our waitress told us the place was going to get remodeled a while back but it’s been postponed. Hopefully that happens soon!

Definitely a HUGE improvement since new management came in. I had come here a lot when I was a kid with my family… the place was always dark and sticky. I was very hesitant to visit after having such ‘memorable’ experiences as a kid, but my boyfriend talked me into going. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The whole place is much brighter and has a much friendlier vibe. The waitstaff was energetic and very friendly — our waitress seemed to really enjoy her job. Food was good — fish sandwich was excellent! Prices were decent and portions were perfect. I will be back for sure!

Went to dinner for the first time and won’t be heading back. The food was terrible. I had the swordfish which was overcooked and very bland. No seasonings at all except for a piece of canned pineapple on top. It was supposed to be Cajun but they left the Cajun out. Just a bland no taste cream sauce on top. My brother in law ordered a rib eye steak. I wish I had a picture for you. They served him 2 small flat sandwich steak patties instead. There were 7 of us and all the cuts of meat ordered looked like someone sliced them with a deli machine. Such a cozy place. The menu is great. They just need someone that can cook.

My family went here last night. My husband and I used to go here When we dating and always liked it. That said, we are unlikely to ever go back. The service was worse than slow we were totally forgotten. I know waiting on tables with kids can be a challenge but I have to say my kids were actually well behaved. I am pretty sure thaw waitress was either over worked or not all there. It was just a bizzare experience. The food was nasty. I would have sent it back but alas she never came to the table once we actually started eating. The manager came over just saying hi and checking on customers. He said«hi glad you are liking your food and» HELLO how about asking us! Then he was gone until he came back as we were trying to get our bill and tried to push desert! How about find the waitress so I can get the bill? We had been sitting looking for her for 15 minutes atleast! People at the bar seemed happy and I’m sure it’s good for a local beer and a game thing but it was dirty and just substandard all around. Never going back.

A local place for local folks. Good food, good prices. Family friendly. The bar has decent beers on tap. Friendly staff down to earth and genuine.

Was driving around looking for a place to get dinner on a Friday night, saw this place, and decided to give it a go(had never heard of it). The hosts were a little bit rude and airheaded, but got us seated quickly enough. The waitress took a really long time to bring us our drinks(it appeared to be extremely busy so that was fine), and my soda was kinda flat. I ordered a buffalo chicken caesar salad, which was actually really good! We both really enjoyed our food, so I can’t give this place that low of a rating… It was overall decent.

Ew. This place is nasty– well, the food was anyway. The place looked like it might be good. There were lots of people there. It was awful. It was the most dry chicken ever. Something tasted like nail polish remover. Seriously. The service is slow. Perhaps because they need the chicken to get jussst dry enough to be inedible? I totally complained and nothing was comped. I just think it was bad all around. I wouldn’t eat here again. ever.

Came here yesterday after work for some apps and drinks. I got buffalo chicken fingers and fries. The fingers were good not great, sauce was pretty good. I’ll probably stick to boned wings from now on but I wanted something different. The blue cheese sauce I wasn’t crazy about. The fries were awesome. Perfectly cooked, nice and hot but not 3rd degree burn hot, just a bit crunchy. Very good. My buddy got the wings and said they were pretty good. The service was quick and friendly. I’d go back.(we were at the bar if that makes a difference. We’ve been looking for a new post work spot since spero’s closed down. The food at spero’s was better but the service was always terrible.

I was sad to see the bad reviews of this place, but I understand them. Sometimes the service is SUPER slow, even when it isn’t busy. But the food is really good — the best turkey tips in the world, and the cheese nacho app is big enough for 6! There’s something I really love about this place, even though the décor is dated, food is average(other than those turkey tips), and the above-mentioned service issues. It has a quiet charm.

Ok, so Dailys has never been great cuisine but as a quick, easy place to grab a bite and a beer it was pretty adequate. Not sure what happened over the past 2 – 3 years though. First of all, serivce in the dining room is spotty. Much better at the bar but even the bar has gotten a little unfriendly. The real problem though is the food is mostly just plain awful. I have had nachos that consisted of chips with melted cheese and a side of bottled salsa and sour cream, terriaki wings waaaayyyyy overcooked and without the terriaki, potato skins with velveeta poured over them and a meatloaf that woke me up at 3am with what I am sure was food poisoning. There is a great bar with plenty of tvs and plenty of parking but if you can’t stomach the food, why go?

Went here Friday night or a quick bite before a night of drinking. There seems to be a trend here based on what we experienced & from other reviews here. Every time we go here it seems we remove another item off our list. Their baked haddock on more than one occasion has tasted like soap. Yup I said soap. The chicken Fajita salad is wilted & tasteless(to whom it may concern, try cutting up the chicken & adding some seasonings!) The portions do seem to be smaller. That’s ok the prices are reasonable. It seems like they have reduced their entrée selections. Note sure, but I think so. This is not a bad looking place, its clean, the booths are comfortable & large & the service is average. The drinks are small, not that cheap and the food just seems to be going down hill. Plenty of parking, big bar, easy to get to. It might be ok in a pinch, but there is better for less $$$.
