Used to be nice and now the entire place smells like b.o. It was disgusting. Also the prices on used furniture are ridiculous. I’ll keep looking on Craigslist.

The housewares are overpriced as are the clothes. But the furniture is adequately priced. They’ve got a budget furniture section towards the back. The delivery charges are a little excessive especially when they only deliver to the curb and won’t carry in.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! We have a chair that is too big for our TV room. It is in good condition, no odor, no rips, no stains-we would have kept it for ourselves if it weren’t so big. We had our adult kids load it in to the van and off we went to donate it to the furniture bank. I understand the Furniture Bank must be very selective when taking furniture nowadays. They don’t want to take worn out junk that no one wants. Having said that, I don’t think it is necessary to be rude to folks who drive all the way out to Middleburg Hts. with a donation if it doesn’t meet your criteria. The Furniture Bank employee took one look at our chair and said in a dismissive way, «I can’t take that, it has dog hair on it!» He then walked away. We did not realize there was so much hair on it that it would be refused but we understand. We will vacuum it again and offer it to another program. My issue is not that it was refused, it is the manner in which it was refused. I think there is a more tactful way to refuse a donation, than to belittle the donors. Possibly the staff could be a little more understanding-here’s an option-«Thanks for thinking of us but it isn’t suitable for our purposes.» I am sorry we did not check our chair out more thoroughly and I am embarrassed that I offered it to the Furniture Bank in what they felt was substandard condition. But the treatment we received was uncalled for.

First time in here and was pleased with selection and prices. It’s a very large space that is clean and well maintained. Everything was well organized with prices clearly marked. Some of the pricing varies greatly — almost more like a consignment shop than a thrift store, but it generally seemed to match items of higher value. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is pretty great! If you are looking for something new to you and pretty cheap this is the place to go. They run deals certain days of the week and most of their stuff is pretty reasonably priced. You never know what you are going to find here and everything is in pretty good shape. You can’t really go with a mission, like any other thrift store they only have what they have. I like to go and just see what is available and take a chance. My mom and I picked up a really cool park bench one day, you know who doesn’t need a park bench in their back yard! Ha! The staff is usually pretty nice and willing to help if you need it. You can also purchase items and leave them there for a few hours while you figure out how the hell you are going to get it home!

I am in love with this place! It’s a one stop thrift shop. Yes they have furniture and lots of it(prices are low to moderate) but they also have appliances, toys, clothes, art, … Think of a Goodwill on steroids and with some brand new stuff to boot! What’s really cool is the extra discounts. Unless it says specifically no discounts, what happens is when you go to pay you get to reach into a bowl and blindly pick a discount chip. We score 10% off a chair we would have gladly paid 50% MORE for! Staff is great! Very friendly, very helpful.

this place is pretty great. i’ve been here a few times looking for furniture, which i haven’t quite found the perfect piece yet, but they always have new stuff coming in so i plan on going very soon to look again. the furniture is very clean, which is key! they also have tons of household items — i left with some glasses and plates last time i think. the store is super spacious, well organized, and clean! and it doesn’t smell like thrift store! the prices are very reasonable on average and you’ll find a really good deal on some stuff.

We were looking for a new kitchen table on the cheap so we decided to check this place out. They have a huge showroom of furniture as well as other things like appliances, clothing, electronics, and more. The day we went all dressers were significantly discounted and it appears they discount different categories each day. Even without a discount their pricing was really reasonable and the quality of their used furniture is better than what I expected to find. The store is very clean and spacious. Check them out!
