I purchased a new microwave brought it home it was not functioning properly and they refused to exchange it telling me that it was up to the manufacturer and I had to schedule an appointment for them to come look at it and fix it this is a brand new unit and I should not have to have a repaired unit when I paid for a brand new one the manager of the store was very rude so I called the second location and receive the same treatment I would not do business with these people and I highly recommend that you go to the bigger stores that can honor replacements when you get effective equipment very very poor customer service
