Every person who works here has the personality of a door knob. I once walked in, the owner was on the phone on a personal call, didn’t even acknowledge my presence and just kept talking on the phone. The indian guy always looks angry. You feel like having to apologize for asking a question.

The asshole owner found it hilarious to refuse service to an autistic child with extensive knowledge of tools and hardware. I guess to go into that store and give them business you need to be what the society calls normal.

Rude rude rude! Afraid to even ask for anything, the older gentleman was just not helpful at all. I’m all about supporting the mom and pop stores of the neighborhood. However, I will be taking my business to Home Depot.
