I have to agree with Michelle J with every word she said!!! I have met Jerry, the GM, several times and it seems to me that he is doing his best to run a tight ship. However, one day I called to report that a known prostitute and drug dealer was running her business out of their property and Lisa got an attitude with me immediately and hung up on me!!! I’m pretty sure this is not how Jerry would want his motel run. He needs to get rid of Lisa!!!

In terms of a swanky hotel, this absolutely falls short, but in terms of what you would expect from a budget interstate motel it fits the bill perfectly.
After reading other reviews, we were very cautious about leaving anything in the car overnight (and had lower expectations of our stay in general).
Clean rooms, friendly staff, but lacks some of the smaller features such as fridge in the room. Also, the bathroom is impressively small.
Perfect place for friends to stop on a road trip, but probably not suitable for families.

Nice place, Clean, comfortable. Has a bob Evans in the same parking lot. I stay here every time I’m in the Dayton area. I speak from experience as I stay in redroof inn every week all over the east coast and surrounding areas. If you stayed in the Hilton last night you most definitely are going to be disappointed. So keep that in mind that this is a under 100 $ a night establishment. So that being said i have stayed at 100s of redroof inns and this one is one of the nicest

It’s a place to sleep for the night. If you need anything more than that, keep looking. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, the rooms are in need of a face-​lift, the rooms have an overwhelming chemical smell (smells like a hair salon, except you can’t get away from it in 15 minutes after you get your haircut), the bathrooms are ridiculously small, and you get constant noise from I-​75. If you need a place where you can spend a considerable amount of time during your stay, this place isn’t worth the price.

Zero stars. My truck was broken into and police explained that this hotel was so popular with drug dealers and prostitutes they conduct all their stings here. Side note… no fridge or ice maker. Cheaper not better.
