Wendy’s

My problem is not with the location but with the company’s decision to destroy the spicy chicken sandwich. They switched the chicken breast out for a processed chicken patty. If you’ve ever had this sandwich before you knew it was worth spending the money on because it was a quality sandwich. Now your eating a king size chicken nugget with spicy seasoning between a bun… You would think these A-​holes would have lowered the price point but no, they think we are stupid and hope we do not notice the swap. Incredible slap in the face to customers who appreciate quality. I would have paid a dollar more for the spicy chicken sandwich but now it’s not worth a penny. Pure barf !!!

Fries were uncooked and $ 7.00 for a chicken sandwich & fries?! What? Really $ 1.79 + tax for small fry?!? But the medium fry & drink add on is $ 0.75?! Please explain… Wtf!!!

You need to put folks at the drive thru who can speak clearly and shouting is a turnoff. Asking for a different amount that what is suppose to pay — not acceptable

The store manager called me within 24hours. He was sincerely apologetic. He had already watched the video footage, contacted wendys corporate & the franchise owner. They spoke to the employee who treated me extremely poorly and he must of been unresponsive because they have let him go and invited me back. I am surprised and happy with Julio & Gale who went above and beyond to make sure I felt better and my concerns being addressed.
I’m not a fan of having employees fired. I work retail so I understand having tough days. He completely asked for what he got. Again I did not call or complain to have him fired.

The girl on the drive through is so rude she dosent even smoke and greet any customer you should be a little nicer to the customer all I’m saying I like how affordable the food is and how fast it’s given

Standard Wendy’s, although I will say, they have the premium COD fish sandwich all year round, which most Wendy’s do not have.

I never write reviews about fast food joints but this is warranted.
My husband’s credit card info was STOLEN at this location. It is the last place he used the card before a huge charge at a 7Eleven in Lauderhill showed up the next day (he rarely uses this card). The only thing I can think of is an employee is double swiping. We will be reporting this to the corporate office.
Besides being ripped off, the customer service sucks (as it usually does at most Wendy’s). They always forget something.

This is the closest Wendy’s to my house therefore making it the best Wendy’s. Nothing I can really say in general, it is Wendy’s, good when you want it definitely not an everyday thing.

Dude, seriously? No freakin’ Spicy Chickens? FAIL!!!

Seriously, am I really writing a review for this? Let me break this down for you, you can eat cheap and fairly healthy by getting this:
… Baked potato with a little salt and pepper
… Side salad, no dressing
… Chili, surprisingly good, dump it on the potato
If you need to eat grease, get a single cheese burger.
You can have a nice meal for under 5 bucks, enjoy and eat responsibly.

This was the place where I wore my Wendy’s logo costume. I was here two days ago to order the Spicy Chicken Go Wrap and had to make sure they put no ranch in it. Last time, I said «no mayo, please» and it still had ranch in it. They’re both totally different but she should have asked if I wanted ranch in it. But, anyways, the girl also almost got my frosty drink flavor wrong. Vanilla, not chocolate. :) I’m glad she repeated her order before she got it for me. lol
I don’t like the fries here that much, it’s like they had no flavor. The place is empty most of the time. Though, it’s close to me and I never stopped liking their chili and hot potatoes. It’s the super value section that keeps me coming back here sometimes.
