Subway

At least, I know I won’t be going back to this location. It took three people to ring up one customer’s order. Then, when preparing my order, instead of putting the sandwich on the piece of paper that they are supposed to wrap it in, they planted the bread right on the cutting board. I complained, and made them throw it out.
Second try — I was busy on the phone returning business calls, at that point, I just wanted to get out of there… surprise, surprise… they didn’t wrap the new sandwich in paper, they just threw the sandwich in the bag!!!
I had to throw away, the entire thing, and I didn’t turn around to ask to talk to the manager because the price or my order was not worth my time.
This place is unsanitary.

This location has become a joke. Two times in a row I’ve come here and ordered a turkey foot long sandwich and watched the guy put 7 slices of turkey on my sub. It’s always been 8 slices as far as I can remember. One time a mistake maybe, two in a row I have to wonder. The sandwich barely has any meat on it when they give you all 8 slices. I’m done with this place, i’ll get my sub fix at publix!!!

This review is only on the customer service. Last time I went, I assume it was the manager that kept creepily staring at me and when it was my time to order he was so rude. Kept rolling his eyes and giving me stupid looks. I would say «Lettuce» and he would turn around, look at his associates and start giggling. And he would give me a stupid look, turn around and giggle, at everything I would say. I was three seconds away from asking him if he thought something was funny he is more than welcome to share it with me. But instead I left. Terrible customer service.

Its a subway folks. No subway can rate more than 3 stars, only less. Soft, spongy, terrible bread, processed meats, and a cheap last resort of a meal of the fast food variety.

Eat fresh subs with any combination being good. Now open until 1am, which is useful, but the crowd is a little sketchy.

Yes, yes… we drove all the way from Hollywood to this Subway location… but it was not a far drive — worth it to be here. We had to stop by our old condo to pick things up anyways. We were greeted by the employees that are used to seeing us, with a smile and no b.s. Ralphie got his Meatball marinara with pepperoni sub the way he wanted, and same with my Spicy Italian. Fresh and crispy. Done the right way. Since my mother is 15 minutes away from this location, we’ll be sure to be back here if we need a realllly quick and cheap bite. Over the weekend, they might be out of Spinach leaves. many people come here and finish those up for sure. Thumbs up for this one!
