I brought two Polar watches for battery replacement while we were vacationing in Miami… saved on the shipping charges, hoooray! I was told 5 – 7 business days for the «repairs», which meant they would have had to have been shipped to my home. Not a big deal. I got a phone call less than 24 hours later telling me they were done and ready to go. I really liked their honesty about how long it could have been and liked even more the fact they turned it around in a fraction of the time. The woman working there was very nice.

I made my first fine jewelry purchase at Turleys over 12 years ago. It’s always both a joy and a learning experience. I trust Eduardo Depaula with my dearest pieces when it come to repairs and enhancements. I now have several friend and family members who are even out of state, relying on the team at Turleys for their most important purchases and repairs. I can’t think of a better purchasing experience and my custom wedding ring is a testament to Eduardo’s skill and talent.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Turley Jewelers. We subsequently purchased our wedding bands from them too. My first impression of this lovely store was meeting the proprietor after the big proposal. He was cordial, seemed very knowledgeable and advised on adding a ring guard. I didn’t stop in again I think, for months… and months. When I went by alone to have my setting checked, he remembered my NAME. I was impressed. In a town where niceties are often forgotten, that attention to detail is impressive.
The service level and quality of jewelry at this store is above and beyond. My husband happens to have great taste, but I recently saw a peep of a Turley shopping bag in the recesses of his man cave, I knew it would be something beautiful. And it was. Thank you!
