Traffic Shoes

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! I ordered shoes and no one ever contacted me to let me know they were out of stock. I kept calling and they would hang up on me leave me on hold. I have yet to receive my refund and its been 3 month already. I keep calling the receptionist hangs up on me. then the wareshouse says someone is going to call me back, no one ever does. that my refund is being processed blah blah blah. horrible company. I will never buy shoes from this awful place ever again and I will make sure I tell everyone how awful this place is.

Oh shoes, shoes, shoes. I just cant help myself. When I see shoes I HAVE to try some in, which leads to me falling in love with a pair…
To me, shoes are FAB because they always look good on you and fit. Not like clothes which I get frustrated with!
Everytime I am visiting home, I take a stroll over to Bayside. Today, I needed a shirt to wear so ran across the street and was walking by Traffic and obviously everything caught my eye. I went inside and was greeted nicely by a younger girl… she was very nice, told me to let her know if I needed anything. I looked around and found one pair that looked super cute.
I asked her for a size 6 and she said no problem and went to get them. She came back and said they didnt have a 6 but brought me the 6 ½ just in case. I tried the one on and the other was on display, which she went to get me without asking. Once I had both on I knew they were so perfect. She even complimented, granted she is a sales person.
It was refreshing going in here, to an employee who spoke english. I usually get frustrated and dont buy anything because it is so hard to communicate. The guy who rang me up needed a personality but whatever, I WAS HAPPY WITH MY SHOE PURCHASE :)
