This place appears nice but it’s really a dump. Pipe rotted out and began flooding our apartment. Contacted the building multiple times and they came out several times and said it was fixed. Finally over a holiday the entire apartment flooded with SEWAGE and now everything we own not to mention the flooring and baseboards are destroyed. Workers are literally walking in with facemasks to try to fix the plumbing because it literally smells like shit. It has been five days and STILL haven’t been able to contact management. Was told by someone in the office that ‘this was not the Ivy’s fault.’ Rent or buy AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

The apartments might as well be model homes. You can hear everything happening on your floor because the walls are made of paper and everything breaks. They try to squeeze money out of you anywhere they can and ignore emails. The view is nice though and so is the pool/gym.

One of the nicer looking apartment complexes in the Downtown/Brickell area. It smells like Yankee Candle when you walk in and it feels like a hotel. If you’re looking for place in the Miami area to rent, check it out.

i live here for the past 7 month and my rims just got stolen from my parking space, security dont know nothing, didnt see anything. The fire alarm goes off every month in the middle of the night regardless of a weekday or weekend. the security system is a joke.

I have lived at this condo tower for the last three years and can only say that it is one of the best run buildings in the Downtown/Brickell area. The staff is very friendly, common areas are always clean and excellent valet service for both owners and their guest.

Pros:
* Beautiful modern lobby
* Classy pool area with spectacular views of Brickell
* Modern gym and fitness areas
* Great city views from condos
* Up and coming surrounding area
* Art deco miami lifestyle
Cons:
* Power station right behind apartment
* Bedrooms are small for the price
* Guests must valet their car to visit
* HOA fees were high at the time
