The management and maintenance staff at Sunset Gardens is courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. As residents we have always been treated with respect and kindness. They go beyond the call of duty.

Since the beginning of the leasing process, the people in the front office have been friendly and attentive. Whenever there is a problem the maintenance crew is quick and efficient. We had a problem with our washer and dryer and the next day they delivered a new one and installed it. The apartments itself are nice. The apartment complex also includes a gym, a printing area, racquetball court, and tennis court. They also offer a lot of guest parking spots which make it convenient to park whenever. Thank you Sunset Gardens!

My paycheck got stolen out of the mail. They towed my motorcycle for parking on an empty sidewalk next to a dumpster. I thought I was doing them a favor by leaving more parking for other cars. The pool has gotten less crowded and loud so that is a plus. They have a monopoly internet provider agreement with ATT. So you cannot get comcast high speed here.
Update: 4-13-2016
Another check addressed to me also went missing the same time as my paycheck.
I just found out where my check went courtesy of a «late payment» notice from 8 months ago. The check was addressed to the leasing office. They opened my check, cashed it, applied it to my rent.
Apologize, nope, instead I cannot pay my rent online now and must pay with a money order due to a «nsf» check caused by them.
