I frequent the midtown mall area as I live in the area and do most of my errands nearby. This evening I decided to stop to this location again due to convenience. The last time I was there I was so annoyed I just left, but this time I was desperate so I grabbed something. Once again I was advised they only had cookies that they had baked that morning and it was damn near 13 hours later! No smile, no greeting, nothing! She simply didn’t wanna be there! To top it off I am literally experiencing the worst upset stomach ever just hours after eating there! Save yourself the headache and pain… walk past this place!

This is one of my favorite subways. I can walk here from work and it is always clean. I eat here at least once a week. You can never go wrong with subway!

The manager here is absolutely lovely! She knows all of the «regulars» and always greets them with a smile. It is great customer service when someone not only remembers your name, but also remembers your order.
Although some of the workers are slow, I typically find this at most Subways. It doesn’t bother me as long as the facility is clean and the food is fresh. You will definitely find both of those things at this Subway location.

Completely unimpressed.
The service here this morning was awful. I was in a hurry and the lady was taking forever to wrap my sub AFTER she made someone else a sub in the middle of my order — she snapped at me when I told her I didn’t need it wrapped (twice), after not responding to the first time I spoke.
I handed her a $ 10 bill for a $ 4.90 something charge — she handed me back PENNIES. When I told her I gave her a $ 10 bill, she copped ANOTHER attitude, opened the drawer and gave me my $ 5 bill in change too. They I had the joy of trying to quickly eat my sub with a homeless man bumming around the eating area.
I like subway especially the daily value meals, but this one is AWFUL!!!

Located on the west side of midtown, it’s a newer facility — so its clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly — they already know my sandwich!
