Starbucks

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks places and this is one of the bad one. I noticed that there’s a commotion inside when I arrived, someone is complaining about the late order. other complain says the order they received was wrong. I just shake my head and get out of that place, because I’m on a hurry and cant wait for them to settle down or to solve the problem.

still not sure why sound minded people spend so much on cocoa beans. nonetheless, i tried a pumpkin spiced coffee beverage, because the marketing piece looked delicious and someone else was buying. i didn’t even know how to order the thing! i’ll go back if they’re handing out free water. my beverage had to contain 500 calories of fat and sugar, but i guess the whipped cream made me feel good about myself?

Unproductive lazy employees.
I come in one night. 2 baristas working. BOTH had their ipod headphone ear buds in one ear as one took orders on the register and the other made drinks at the espresso machine.
I had to repeat my order multiple times because the barista at the register couldn’t hear me. DUH, you’re listening to your ipod.
The woman in front of me received her drink hot instead of iced as she requested earlier.
It’s a pity. i’m assuming that one of those two baristas are the lead shift supervisor for that night. and to be listening to their ipods on the job is embarrassing to the company.
It took like an entire 15 minutes to get my two drinks. Only two people ordered before me too.
Don’t even bother coming here. there are other Starbucks locations that are worth going to.

Nice store for a morning, late afternoon or evening coffee… The ambiance is great and most of the time is not packed so you can go there, enjoy your favorite starbucks drink and relax.
