Went today for the last time. Terrible service. Used to be better. Poor boy working today had no clue and took forever to find my clothes. I had to help him. The other lady wasnt much help. Terrible customer service. I used to use them a lot cause they have drive thru but lately the line and the wait is so long that we have to get out of the car so the drive thru is worthless. And it is extremely overpriced for average dry clean quality. Im taking my business somewhere else.

Do NOT go here. The twit at the counter takes forever to find a tag and they charge triple their competitors. The only saving grace I have is that I used American Express and will dispute the outrageous charges. I could understand extreme premium pricing for an amazing level of service, but this is not even average. Rip-off central. $ 160 after cleaning with no prices posted? Sorry, you owe me $ 100.

All dry cleaners in Miami, esp Coral Gables are expensive — but this place is ridiculous! They charge $ 18 to dry clean a women’s suit — that wasn’t even lined! Each Banana Republic women’s dress shirt costs $ 7. Why is it so expensive? I don’t know, but the staff doesn’t speak much English, they aren’t very friendly and I had to wait about 5 mins. For these prices — there should be no wait & at least a friendly salutation! I won’t ever go back!

This place is terrible. The young chick behind the counter has the same attitude as Marta from Scarface. On top of the warm and fuzzy customer service they have the prices are insane. I paid over $ 9 for ONE pair of slacks to get cleaned. I tried to crack a joke with Marta about how you could almost buy a new pair of slacks for that price and she gave me a look that would have terrified a lesser man. Hasta la vista spots, never again…

I just wanted to give you an update on these cleaners please do not take your clothing here I just came to pick up my clothing And a lady at the cashiers tell me that she cannot give you my clothing because her system is down I told her that is not my problem she needs to resolve this issue and get me my clothing for tomorrow to be at work. She told me would take about three days to find my clothing without the system working, I told her get it resolved that’s not my problem after she went back to the room to look for my clothing it literally took her three minutes to find my clothing. These are lazy people with the worst customer service I have ever experienced not only do they have bad customer service but it is a rip off. $ 20 to clean to Pants. please do not bring your clothing here.

The service is good. A little expensive but it was good until they(I don’t know how is possible for that to happen) lost one of my shirts. It was a brand new shirt. Only wore it once took it over there and they lost it. I been dealing with them for a week trying to resolve the issue but nothing until today. We did the claim but couldn’t resolve anything until the manager was there. I couldn’t wait because i was on my way to work. Very unacceptable you don’t expect this to happen when you are paying more for a service that is usually cheaper somewhere else.

I am looking for how and where to report these thieves. Isn’t dry cleaning a regulated business? How can someone charge whatever they feel like for a standard service available in almost every corner of every city? They should be required by law to post their prices in front of the dump they are located at so people are aware ahead of time of the rip off they are walking into. $ 80 for a couple of work skirts, blouses and a dress is ridiculous. I haven’t even seen these prices in places like New York City!!! $ 10 – 14 per piece! Thieves!

These people are thieves. There prices are ridiculous and there work was less than satisfactory. They didn’t even let me know what there prices were and I was better off leaving the cloths and buying them all new! They should be in jail this is called Fraud from where I come from !

It was a bad experience from the beginning. First the lady that takes my clothes is rude and does not give me an estimate. When I insisted on some information on the price, the response was call at another time. Big surprise when I came to pick up my clothes and got an over priced bill. I needed the pants for an event I was going to so I paid. Will never go there again.

These guys are a little more expensive than some but make up for it with convenience. Their drive through service is awesome whether you’re on your way from work or heading to the supermarket. I do wish the staff were more consistent so I knew their faces and that they took better notes about clothes so I could skip accidental switch-ups when my other half picks up the dry cleaning instead of me(I got the wrong black dress). They speak English and Spanish, have parking or drive through service and are conveniently located.
