This is an inaccurate description of what happened. I was at the salon with my girlfriend the day this customer was there.
The customer was being totally rude and unwilling to listen to the suggestions and advice of the experts. She has several people look at her color requests and they all suggested a different approach to get the results she wanted. But she insisted on this color.
She then walked out without paying for the services which was over $ 300. My girlfriend recognized her from another salon where she repeated this same con-​artistry. Looks like this is her way of getting free hair service. Hi sad!

I’m very upset with the results of my hair. I went in for a consultation where I showed the colorist pictures of what I wanted; basically all ash colors with no brassy, gold, orange, nor yellow tones. First, before even stepping into the salon, I was wrongfully accused by the receptionist for knocking over some huge white stone bricks stacked about 2 ft high in the entrance of the parking lot. I told her I hadn’t and if she didn’t believe me, she could go check my tires for white residue. Second the stylist was an hour late for my appointment. Lastly, I ended up with completely opposite colors of what I’d requested.

So I decided to go back to the salon to get my roots done but this time I found out Samy opened up shop again in Miami so of course I had to go there… Everyone is so friendly and helping. Just as expected all of the products and staff were of excellent quality. I went in knowing anyone who did my hair would be amazing. And the prices are VERY reasonable, especially for the quality of service and products being used. I went in to get my blonde roots done but Samy had other plans lol. I saw Sheila and I’m in love with my new hair. I’m definitely done experimenting with blonde, not sure what I was thinking when I did that, guess I had a blonde moment… It was fun while it lasted thank you Sheila and Samy you guys are amazing!

One day I was looking for a place to cut my hair since I moved from Chicago and I’m very picky when it comes to someone cutting my hair. I looked on Unilocal and notice Samy salon was close by, I decided to go with no appointment since my hair was screaming for a cut, I didn’t expected they would attend me right away, but as I walked in the girl in front desk welcome me and asked how she could help me, then Sheila comes in and asked what I needed to be done with my hair, and she took care of me right away and did a great job I was relieved that I found someone that I could trust my hair again! they all are very friendly and welcoming, since then I have been there 2 more times and is always a great experience. Samy is there too and comes and greet you always! I they all are amazing if you want the best service I truly recommend you to give them a call make an appointment and treat yourself with the best!!!

Well, after much debate I decided to give this place a try. It wasn’t an easy decision to make as I had been with my previous stylist for over 15 years, but I sure am glad I made the decision to drop in. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by all this fabulousity. The place is gorgeous and the service is amazing. As soon as I walked through the door, Samy greeted me himself and asked me what I was thinking of having done & right there he gave me a consultation. He’s the cutest. I was immediately escorted to have my hair washed and once that was done I was taken to Barbie for my cut, style and blow dry. She is fantastic and super sweet, needless to say I walked out of there looking like a goddess. I didn’t have time for mani-​pedi on this day, but I did return two weeks later with my hubby for a his & hers pampering session. I had my appointment with Sonia and my husband had his with a slightly older lady whose name eludes me now, but we were both VERY satisfied with the service we received. Needless to say we are now repeat customers and proud of it.
You will get very spoiled, very quickly at this place: Champagne, Mimosas, Cookies, Cake, Chips/​Salsa, Cheese platters AND amazing service. It’s not cheap, but in life nothing worth having is and this place is worth every penny! :)

I lived here 12 years ago, and had gone to Samy for 8 years prior to leaving Miami. After moving back to Miami, after a 12 years absence, I was thrilled to see he had just reopen a beautiful salon last October. Of course, he was my first stop, even before the boxes were unpacked. His new salon is exactly what I expected it would be, having known Samy previously. The staff is ultra friendly, the salon is cutting edge and beautiful. I am so glad I’m back and have Samy back in my life,“hair”.

It took me a while after I decided to give this salon a try. And I am so happy I did! Samy told me exactly which hair color I should wear and he was absolutely right! After that he even talked to me about which colors I should use for makeup and clothes with my new look. Sheyla was amazing working with my hair. Manicure and pedicure very good as well. Everybody at the salon was super nice. They just got a new customer!

This is a beautifully decorated and trendy salon. Samy is a celebrity hair stylist for over 30 years. After a 6 year hiatus he decided to open up shop again. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and was offered something to drink or eat, champagne I might add. I was introduced to my stylist, Sheyla. We talked about the different color options for my stubborn gray hair and agreed on a color that would fit my needs. She introduced me to the lead colorist which confirmed this would be a great color for me. Shortly after Samy approached me and explained the different concepts of the salon, as well as their medical spa. I was able to speak with their Cosmetic Dermatologist April Tambor and gave me some recommendations. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate all of my needs despite the fact I had no appointment for a Mani-​pedi. My color and hair cut turned out beautifully. I had my Mani-​pedi done by Gloria, who has worked with Samy since he started. She is so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable and was content with my nails which turned out great. I do not frequent glitzy salons because my stubborn grays and long require frequent maintenance that can become pricey. Since I was on a time constraint I decided to bite the bullet, however, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they were offering a special for the month of November. I then inquired on their standard pricing and found them to be reasonable. I am looking forward to my next visit.
