I love to learn salsa so I bought a groupon deal for 10 classes. I love it at first, I went to five or six classes for the first level and I learn a lot. The teacher was very helpful and friendly. However, when i moved up to the second level class, the teacher was ruled and not helpful at all. He only teach the guy moves and i was swing around a couple of time not knowing what i was doing. I finally decided to asked if he could also show the girls moves so i know it. He demonstrated one or two move then he start making comment in Spanish which make the whole class laugh at me, i feel very uncomfortable and embarrass to ask question. Through out the class, he keep making comment in Spanish which i do not understand. After that class, i never went back. I saw he’s the only one who teach Thursday class. I rather give up those extra class then go back. It’s very discouraging for non Spanish speaker to learn with a non professional attitude. If you do not speak Spanish, don’t bother going to this place.

I’m surprise this place only has a few reviews, this is a Miami landmark now. Salsa lovers has being around for more than 20 years. I took my first class in 2001 and I just pass by to check the place out again. They moved, but the same good energy. Best feeling in the world is to dance a good salsa in a classy place. Beginners benefit the most here, due to their well structure program
