Not only have we enjoyed PBBQ truck and had the best BBQ ever, we also had Rusty cater for us on two occasions. The pulled pork, ribs, Mac and cheese truffle, coke slaw and beans were the best we ever had. All the guests agreed that this was the best BBQ ever attended and ate. The courtesy and attention given by the chef was excellent. Very personable and professional. An extremely entertaining occasion both times.

Pulled pork was real good. The truffle Mac and cheese was by all means of the word«AMAZING». Friendly caterer, and tasty food. Can’t ask for more.

I lived their BBQ very much. Great flavor, fresh meat and home like atmosphere. Will definitely come back and suggest my friends.

Good local flavor and really nice waiters and service. Plenty of plugs to keep working and still grab a good bite. They have lots of local beers to try. I’ll be back.

Tried out this truck at a food truck rally in Hollywood. I didn’t get my full meal here, though, just the truffle mac n cheese. I wasn’t happy at all with the service I received. First of all, from my experience food truck menu prices normally have tax included already. Truffle mac n cheese was posted as $ 3.75. I order; they ask for $ 4. Ok, 25 cents, no big deal. It was just unexpected. As my luck may have it, their generator stopped as soon as I ordered. One of the guys just had to add more fuel. Well, that guy happened to be the one who took my order. So while doing that, I had to stand there and wait while guy #2 served about 3 other people rather than just scooping my small cup of mac n cheese for me. Guy #2 came back and finally gave me my food. Ridiculous. The mac n cheese itself wasn’t too bad. It’s the reason I’m giving an extra star. Really cheesy, but not sticky cheese kind. More like melted, liquid cheese kind. I could taste a hint of the truffle. It also had some spicy kick to it. Not really a fan of that for my mac n cheese, but it’s different.

Heard about this truck for a while, but finally got to try out the goods yesterday. Saw them next to Publix on 17th& Biscayne. I love brisket, but usually get it a little on the dry or chewy side. Don’t know how they do it, but it was actually moist! Flavor was unreal, SOGOOD! Ordered the brisket quesadilla, with chipotle baked beans for myself. Pulled pork sandwich, topped with pineapple slaw and a side of tater salad for my wife. She loved hers. Ended up dipping the sandwich in the tater salad, which had some dill that she liked. Mine was extremely tasty, but I don’t think I’ll get it again. As much as I like a quesadilla, the brisket stands on its own and I want to experience it by itself, next time I see this truck. The baked beans were solid. Spicy enough to notice, but not overpowering. If spice is an issue for you, I’d stay away from them, as there’s still a kick. Looking forward to trying the mac-n-cheese and working my way through the menu. Dinner was just $ 14 yesterday for us. $ 7 for each item, plus a side. Can’t beat it. Plus, I’m a pretty big dude and I was full on ¾ of my meal. Pride kicked in, so I finished, but next time I’ll save some for lunch the next day!
