Panda Express

I had no issues with this place until a female employee got rude with me today and made a scene after I took a photo of the food display and told me I «can’t take pictures in this establishment because it’s private property». What was this person’s problem? Are you sure you want to pick such a petty fight with a customer. Managers here — please take note and really think about this. I wasn’t stealing trade secrets and I won’t be back.

Food is good. Service sucks. Every time I come here I have to wait in a very long line. Then, when I get to the counter they’re always out of food, and I have to wait an additional 15 – 20 mins. They’re very disorganized, and I can’t tell if there’s a kitchen manager because they always run out of food. Waited 40 mins for FAST Chinese food.
Add a bit of drama. Customers are agitated because they’re afraid someone is going to get the last of the food before them. Arguments about who was next in line…
I try to avoid coming here unless I’m in the mood to wait, which is rare with children. Don’t come here if you’re hungry. Drive thru is faster than coming inside.
They’re employee Jaime is very polite and helpful.

great food, clean restaurant, friendly staff, BUT i didn’t know what i wanted and the server insisted that she rush me without giving me much time to think, she could have provided better service.

So 20 minute wait via drive through but I was so excited about the drive through option I didn’t care! I love Panda Express food and this spot stayed true to taste. The person that took my order was friendly, clear and patient.

They have great choices specially for people that like to eat healthy. However they have no common courtesy nor any common sense when it comes to serving their cuatomers. They made my 6 year old son and I wait for grilled chicken for 5 minutes
We were waiting that long and when the chicken came out they started serving chicken to people that had just ordered. when I tried to point out that we had been waiting for that chicken for a while they ignored me. After all the wait I had to walk out and take my son else where after they made him wait. Avoid this location.

I love panda express as it’s easy to control my diet and still pick up food quickly when I’m busy.
This Panda I tried once and they were friendly quick and had plenty of food ready. Only thing was some of the broccoli in the mixed veggies was raw, not just undercooked. Also some of the chicken used in the orange chicken was just a chewy fat. If those 2 food quality issues hang happened it’s a 5 not a 3. The food is the most important thing. I have only tried once so will go back but not in a hurry.

So much bang for your buck. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is a personal fave but pretty much everything is good. Obviously this isn’t gourmet Chinese, but it doesn’t need to be. This location is always clean and everyone that works there is always really nice and helpful… And if you can’t decide what you want, samples are offered!

Less than $ 8 for a filling meal with 3 entrees and a side, and without eating fatty food? Good deal! This is my come-​to place when I am on a budget and craving Chinese, or shopping in the area. My daughter likes it, and the Panda tea is fruity and delicious.

I’ve been going to Panda Express for years in Washington State and Hawaii (in various malls and stand alone restaurants). I love Panda Express because it is decent Americanized Chinese food for a low price. Every other Panda I’ve been to is highly consistent with the taste of food, this one was not even close to what I have experienced before.
The service was good and the restaurant was clean but the food was awful. The orange chicken was flavorless and dry, not even similar to how it was supposed to be served. The sweet fire chicken was missing flavors, the sweet and spicy flavor was not there at all and the chicken was bland. The chow mein had an off flavor, which you can’t even describe because something was just off. The Beijing beef was also not even close to the correct flavor other Panda’s make. The only two items that was consistent to what Panda Express serves elsewhere was the Mandarin Chicken and the fried rice. Overall it seemed like flavors were missing from the food.
Definitely will not even waste my money going back to see if it is any better. All of us that went threw away the food and commented on how bad this place was compared to other Panda’s.
Whoever was cooking either did not have the correct ingredients or was not following directions. This place was not up to the standards of Panda Express I have experienced in other states.

Ok you all give this place bad rating due to how the food tastes and the service. Well to tell you guys of how much the food tastes great. This place is mad cheap and their are so many options that you can choose from. This place is way worth than going to spend 10 bucks in ma cdonalds and BK.

The food was good and fresh, the service was not bad at all. I liked that they had plenty of vegetarian options and the cream cheese ragoons were delicious, it is not expensive at all and they are open late. Definitely recommend this place.

the worst food ever… nasty nasty nasty! i will never go back. the food was salty and hard… like its been sitting there for a while. typical nasty mall food in a drive thru. i had the rice which was flavorless and generic. the chicken tasted like it came out of a box.

I first learned of this place when I was a freshman at the «U» (University of Miami for all the uncool people) since it was located at the food court. I would gorge myself almost every day for lunch and dinner at this place
When I found that this chain had started opening up their own free-​standing restaurants (woooohhhhhoooooo!!!)) and especially one close to my humble adobe on the beach (don’t hate) I have to make this an almost weekly spot to eat some quick, delicious Chinese food.
This chain’s main staple is the Orange Chicken, and it is delicious (just the right kind of orange taste to fill this sweet heart). Their fried rice is also awesome. Your choice of rice or noodle with two entrees for $ 6 is the bomb… Another plus is the drive-​thru.
So if you want a place where you can eat delicious Chinese food at reasonable places, then ride on over to the Panda Express

If your into food court food but don’t want to go to the mall then this is the place for you. They also have a drive thru so you don’t even need to get out. The food is yummy and they service is fast. If you decided to dine in you will be happy to find a clean and oriental atmosphere. The menu is cheap, simple, and easy to order from.

It’s rare to see mall food as a stand alone joint. Especially one that is Chinese food AND has a drive-​thru. Two wins.
For $ 5 you can get a decent meal that is not only very filling but tasty (and by tasty I mean heavy), not have to get out of the car and yes, eat while you drive.
Eat Chinese food and drive? You must be silly. No, seriously. They have something called a bowl, which comes with one side and one entrée. It’s pretty damn cool and gives you the flexibility to eat something other than burgers while being more cautious on the road.
As for the menu, it has a good selection and makes it very easy to order.
