I really want to like this place which is why I keep coming back. But on multiple times I’ve wondered about the cleanliness(a suspicion confirmed by the roach comments) and we were really frustrated the last time we visited … first they were out of their premium Chardonnay by the glass, then they were out of their«signature dessert»(the whole reason we came … my 5-year old loves it), and then they were out of the next dessert we wanted! I have never been ANYWHERE out of 3 menu choices without a) notifying you in advance of what they are out of and b) trying to make it up to you. Ridiculous customer service!

Went to PF Changs at The Falls for my birthday dinner with the wife and kids. I hadn’t been to PF Changs in several years but everything was as good as it always was! Our server also made our experience that much better! Sad to see the chicken chow fun off the menu but our other favorites were still there. The must haves are Mongolian beef, chicken lettuce wraps and the oolong sea bass. When the meal came to an end our waiter made it rain fortune cookies. Fastest way to 5 stars is good food and good service.

This was always our go to place around the house. My family and I LOVEDPF Changs more than any other casual restaurant… On Friday, Jan 29, my parents went to Pf Changs for dinner and brought home left overs(like always). When my mom went to eat the left overs she cut a piece of chicken and noticed something was not right… Mixed inside the sweet and sour chicken was a HUGE Roach!!! She immediately called and the manager tried to get her to come back and have another meal comp’ed… But who would want to eat at a place that has roaches!!! We are extremely heart broken that now our love for Pf Changs is over!

5 stars for service. The food started off at 4 stars until a roach came floating out of nowhere onto me and then into my shopping bags. I almost left running out of that place. If there is anything I have the most in life, it’s roaches!!! It doesn’t help that I was sitting at the table next to the kitchen opening. I’m hoping that the roach came from the large curtain that was behind me or somewhere else and NOT the kitchen! I was SO disgusted. I felt bad for the waiter because he did AMAZING(Eric, I think that was his name)! Completely loved him. I also didn’t want to make a huge scene since this happened as we were waiting for dessert. Please PF Chang’s, CLEAN up and make sure that your restaurant is roach free. I love your food but will not be returning after this nightmarish roach experience. We ended up having to remove our belongings from the shopping bags and throwing the bags away in the dumpster outside of the restaurant because the roach decided to stay in the bags. I can’t.

Not authentic Chinese food, obviously, but it’s really good. Even for a chain restaurant. Wait times can be long, so go on a week-night.

Went and it’s suppose to be open and tons of people still in there and they tell us there closed!!! Bad service and definitely let people know. The hostess wasn’t even polite about it. She acted rude and told us to go to Dolphin Mall.

My family and I came here last night for my birthday dinner and since we had such a great experience, I felt I needed to update my review. Although there was a wait, this time, the restaurant was legitimately full. I did notice that you now have an option to make a reservation, so I suppose you can avoid that inconvenience, if you really wanted to. Since we weren’t sure what time we’d arrive due to my complicated family and our logistics issues, we did not make a reservation. Still, a 20 minute wait was not bad, compared to say, Samurai’s over one hour wait these days. They text you when your table is ready, so if you want to walk around or sit in your car, you can do so. I think it’s a much better system than the buzzer/pager, which may not work at certain distances. We were seated in a nice C-shaped booth and given our menus. I noticed the menu was very different, and included additions such as Korean fare. Since it was my birthday, I had a complimentary appetizer and chose one of my all-time favorites: Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps. You can never go wrong with those! You get about half a head of Boston lettuce and a plate full of ground chicken, pieces of water chestnuts, and other delicious ingredients. Soon, my mom and sister were also eating some of the lettuce wraps. One bite, and then they could not stop(to my chagrin and my daughter’s!). My sister decided to order 3 different dishes: the sesame chicken, the Lo-Mein combo, which came with pork, shrimp, chicken and beef, and the Mongolian beef. I opted for the Korean BBQ chicken stir-fry, and we all shared(except greedy me, hah!). Although my daughter can be a difficult eater, she enjoyed all the different entrees and the rice. We also got her a Wonton soup, which included some shrimp, as she wanted seafood. The food was all savory, and slightly spicy(if it needed to be), and they offered to bring us as much rice as we’d like. Neat. Everything came out quickly and at the right time(no entrees before appetizers, for example). My daughter decided to try this new strawberry cucumber limeade and loved it. I got the passion fruit tea, which was delicious, and included free refills. Our waiter, Ryan, was great. He was charming, witty, and funny, especially when he tried speaking Spanish in his gringo accent. He was also on the ball, when it came time for refills. He assisted us in using a rewards point certificate, as well as my emailed birthday certificate, and when my sister told him one of our fortune cookies was stale, he brought us like 12 more! He boxed my leftovers(and helped me ward off the vultures at my table, trying to steal my leftovers, which were meant for my Monday night dinner), and was generally very pleasant. He had a very friendly smile and was kind of cute(I probably am a lot older than him so I will stop now before coming across as a creepy cougar…). He said he enjoyed assisting us and told us to please ask for him by name next time, if we were satisfied with his service. We all thought he made our experience more enjoyable and agreed that next time, we will ask for him, if he’s still working here. I recommend you do too, if you want to get great service!

I absolutely love this place. I have only been here a handful of times but every time I come I have a great experience. The food here is always great, nice and hot and with plenty of scrumptious flavor. We had the pork fried dumplings as an appetizer and the Mongolian beef, Sesame chicken and the combo fried rice(chicken, beef, pork and shrimp) for dinner. All the food was prepared just right for us. The staff at the location is extremely nice. We only waited about 5 min for a table. They set us up with a very nice waiter. He was fast with our food and very attentive to us. I did not go with an empty drink all night. He recommended some things to us and answered a few questions I had. I cant remember his name right now I believe it was something along the line of Farquan. He was very polite.

My family’s favorite place to eat for years has been PF Chang’s. We’ve visited locations in Brickell, Dolphin Mall, The Falls, and anywhere we travel. We always order the same thing — Mongolian chicken, beef, or shrimp with the Combo fried rice. We also can’t miss the delicious fried crab wanton(6 pcs) appetizer which we share. We’ve tried a couple of other things but keep coming back to our favorites!

PF Changs is pretty good stuff. You can always come back here and expect the same thing. The chicken options are great and they have a nice selection of sushi as well. Service is pretty good across the board and the restaurant is decorated nicely.

5 stars for consistent menu and good food — 1 for uninterested and rude service Made reservation for 6 thru link on Unilocal. Then, our party was 8, I called to assure this could be corrected — no problem. Arrived 30 min early, introduce myself, mention reservation for 8 — no hello or other greeting«no you don’t it’s for 6» — got that worked out and our server was better but not much more — Server was polite and totally uninterested — she did the job First truly disappointing experience — we were taking family to dinner — we come to their city once per year — would have spent more elsewhere for better service

Wow, second visit in last 6 months & plainly not worth coming back. It’s sad when pei Wei is much better than the restaurant & less costly. I always order the same thing, tofu curry veggies… Well plate looked so good, full of big pieces of veggies but it barely was warm, all veggies were completely raw with exception of the onions & mushrooms. There was barely any sauce and the little there was had no flavor, let alone any curry flavor. So sad but seems to be an issue, couple close to us complained too. Never coming back

This location is very far from me but I was in the area visiting some relatives and we decided to stop here for lunch. We were promptly seated, the service and the food were good. The bartender at the Dolphin Mall location makes a much better drink. The sangria tasted a bit watery.

I have been going to P. F Chang for several years and have visited multiple locations in different states and this specific location is the closest to my home and has always been one of my favorite. The food never disappoints and after being to China I can say that a lot of menu items are very authentic. I recommend trying the spicy green beans and the shrimp with walnuts and honeydew melon. Service is good, with any place you visit regularly some servers are better than others but I have never had any issues. I love the food here and will continue to come back. This location is quite popular so I suggest making reservations to avoid the long wait times specially during the weekends.

I stopped here for lunch when I was craving asian food. Usually I am not a big fan of «chain restaurants», but this one was a good surprise! The place itself is big, a bit too dark, but overall acceptable. There are a lot of waiters around so they take a good care of you. The food: we order a fried rice, steamed pork dumplings and the chicken lettuce wraps… and everything was very good, I mean, much better than what I usually eat in this kind of places. The dumplings were delicious, even though they were steamed they were tasty. Fried rice was really great and a huge dish, it was not too oily compared to the fried rice I ate in other asian places. The lettuce wraps were surprisingly delicious, the minced chicken meat was mixed with shiitake mushrooms and that taste was addictive! I am sure is not the best chinese food in the town, but I would really recommend the place!

My husband and I went with my family to dinner at PF Changs at the Falls on Wednesday night. We waited a short while for a table even thought there were plenty of empty tables. After the waitress showed us to our table, the waiter quickly came up to the table and asked for our drink order. Since some of our party had not yet arrived we asked for water around the table, which he brought. We ordered appetizers to share. Specifically, we ordered two of the pork street tacos, one chicken street tacos, one chicken lettuce wraps and a bowl of egg drop soup to split. Here’s a breakdown: Egg drop soup — the server brought it with too few bowls/spoons and some of the ones he brought were dirty. Those who tried it thought it tasted ok. As for the chicken lettuce wraps, they are about as simple as you can get with ground chicken and lettuce pieces. The ground chicken looks like dog food, so it is not very appealing, but it tastes ok. We ordered several entrees to share, as follows: 1. Mongolian beef. The sauce on was good. Other than that, the dish was just ok. 2. Pad Thai. It did not taste like any pad thai we have ever had. It was bland and tasted as though they forgot the sauce. All of us agreed we would never get it again. 3. Kong Pao Chicken. It was the best of the meals we got. It had onions and peppers in it and some nuts. It was sweet and spicy. If I ever went back, that is what I would get. 4. Ginger chicken with broccoli. The broccoli was plain and steamed and the chicken with ginger sauce was ok but nothing special. 5. Shrimp Fried Rice. It barely had any shrimp and was bland. For dessert we ordered Vanilla cream wontons and fried banana spring rolls. Both were served with coconut flavored ice cream. The vanilla cream wontons should really be called cream cheese wontons because when you take a bite a ton of cream cheese tasting filling squirts out. My sister and I both spit it out but other people in our group liked it — I guess it depends on whether you’d be ok with eating a spoon full of cream cheese. The fried banana spring rolls tasted like bananas foster. It was sweet and had chocolate sauce to dip it in. Everyone at the table enjoyed it.

For a chain restaurant it makes decent Chinese food. Located in The Falls mall. This location has plenty of parking. I usually start off with the pan fried pork dumplings. They are first steamed and then pan fried. Then I get the Mongolian beef. It’s strips of steak marinated and cooked to perfection with green onions. Also the honey garlic chicken or shrimp. Lightly breaded and fried to golden brown and covered with delicious honey sauce. I also like the combo fried rice. That’s made from pork, chicken, and shrimp with vegetables. I never had any issue’s with food or service. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a full stocked bars with several stools to enjoy a drink or have a meal. The servers are friendly and helpful in choosing menu items.
