Omega Decor

We purchased a down sofa and an egg chair back in March 2014. We delt with Andy who was very helpful in the beginning. When our furniture arrived they delivered a sofa that was foam not down (much less expensive) if purchased that way. We called and was told to provide photos which we did. The sofa was made by Soho furniture. We have been promised every month that the cushions would be replaced with the down cushions that were ordered and paid for. At first Andy and Michele were very helpful in communicating with Soho furniture. We have been promised for five months that we would get these replacements. Now they do not even answer our phone calls or any of our emails which up to date has been over 35.
This was not a custom order. I will tell you Miami is full of beautiful furniture stores. Be very careful about spending good money in the shop that does not stand behind their clients omega Décor has left this and us up in the air as if it is our problem to deal with. It is the middle of August and still we have an inferior product then we paid for. Misrepresented bait and switch buyer beware. Interesting they do not accept American Express…

We ordered a rug, never received nor zero follow up. Buyer beware.

Never ever ever buy anything on this place. We bought a dining table back in june, they said it was going to be delivered in two weeks, we are now in december and finally tey refund my cars for the amount of the table that never got here. Every time i called Michelle would say it was on the way from brazil and will get here in x amount of time, time passed by and it was the same story all over again and she denied saying anything about the time it was supposedly going to get here. Reading other comments i see I’m bot alone so spare yourself the bad experience and go to the furniture next door! They have really good prices and are super helpful and responsible.

I was really surprised to see the not good reviews. My partner and I got 2 couches, a rug and a coffee table from Omega and had a great experience. They styled the furniture for us and helped move items around so we could visualize how pieces would work together. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful! I recommend Omega for sure!
