This bakery is excellent!!! Great service and even better food! I ordered a cake from them recently and it came out beautiful and was delicious! Very reasonable pricing.

By far worth the wait. The lines are usually pretty long for Miami’s standards but you definitely get some, if not the best Cuban pastries in Miami. The parking is a nightmare but if you score a space you won’t regret it. I love thecroquetas here, the cheese pastries are fire and the mini medianoches are just perfect. The staff has little patience but hey, who the hell cares! Just gimme my pastelito and cortadito so I can go on with my life! Love this place– we need one near civilization(downtown miami) please!!!

Great service and delicious food. The girl who helped me was very nice. They have enough folks to get people thru rather quickly. Nice find as I don’t live in this area

I’ve come here a couple times and each time I come they forget something. On top of that they always look miserable to work and I’m always given attitude when I tell them they missed something that I ordered.

Moulin Rose raises the bar for other mom and pop Cuban bakeries. Worth going out of your way for. Great service. Limited seating.

2.5 stars: went hunting for tres leche cake and came across this shop… was very disappointed with the cake as it was too sweet and had a very strong cinnamon flavor. Service was also a bit slow for five-six cashiers.

When a crowd is visible at 6:30am everyday at a bakery, chances are they are baking something magical in there! Indeed, this place takes their baking serious. From the guava pastries, key-lime and cheesecake, they won’t let you down. Order away and try a variety of things, because this place is affordable and tasteful. I highly recommend visiting on the weekends when the ruckus isn’t happening.

Do not go on a Saturday mid –morning. If you are in a hurry. No parking. Available. Lot full. long line. But the guy who works there was friendly. The pastries where worth the wait.

Great service, awesome croquettas and cortaditos! Cute, french decorum with inside and outside seating under a canopy so one can enjoy their food in the blistering Miami heat or rain. Plenty of open and ample parking too! I highly recommend this sweet spot for breakfast or snack!

This place has the BEST pan con tortilla in Kendall! This large sandwich comes on fresh buttery Cuban bread and includes ham, cheese, onions and papitas! All this yummy goodness costs less than $ 4 and is large enough for 2! Try it!

Favorite bakery hands down! I’ve never come when it isn’t packed with people but it’s totally worth the wait. Everything is delicious. All my birthday cakes come from here because their rum cakes are second to none. If you’re looking for an awesome Cuban bakery, this is it.

Very busy in the mornings. Have lots of patience. Everything is delicious & the ladies are very kind. They make a mean colada so if you’re in the area you’re gonna be glad you came. Also have patience with the parking. But any parking in Miami is a hassle. After your pastelito & café con leche you will forget about all the wait & hassle. Enjoy!

Oye Unilocalie aceres this bakery is Cuban not French! There is nothing French about it except the old name of the bakery Moulin Rouge. This Cuban bakery is called Moulin Rose Cake & Bakery shop and it is INCREDIBLE! The pastelitos(pasteries), café con lecho(coffee and milk), tostada(pressed cuban bread with butter), pan Cubano(cuban bread), croquettas(ham croquettes), and sandwiches are always fresh, made the same day, and lip licking gOooOod! Moulin Rose is great for breakfast to go. I wouldn’t recommend eating there since there are very few tables. And the tables they have are tiny. Parking is always crazy in the mornings since their parking lot is tiny and the line is always long(and for a good reason). So be patient, enjoy the loudness of the Cubans, the smell of the fresh Cuban delicacies and coffee and check Facebook while you are in line to make the time in line go by faster. I promise you will love the café y pastelitos that are waiting for you at the end of the counter. :-) The catering menu is good. I have never ordered a cake from here but have ordered bandejas(trays) or ham croquettas and pastelitos which are great party munchies. Best Cuban bakery hands down that I have been to!!! I would suggest practicing your Spanish because non of the ladies there speaks English or comprendre le français.

I really liked this place! Parking was a little difficult but it must be a good place. As soon as I entered I made a line and within 5 minutes I was taken care of. The lady first ask me everything I wanted and then packed. I was a little scared she might forget but she got everything. I had a tequeno with quava and cheese this was my favorite ! The cheese was not hard on the inside and the guava was warm :), I had an beef Empenada which was okay for me. The pastry of quava and cheese and just cheese was great. I also got one Cuban bread to go, the Cuban bread was a little hard but warm. Overall everything had great flavor to it and the pastry all had a nice crust to it. I will be back for more :)

This place is a little confusing as the name suggests that it is a French Bakery when in reality its not. We went in thinking that we will find french pastries instead it was a cuban bakery. Don’t get me wrong I like cuban pastries but when you are in a mood for french you want french. This is all the review that I can provide, unfortunately.

I really don’t understand the great reviews. The pasteles sometimes have a weird taste. I work 2 blocks from there and I rather go any other place because no matter how many people are in line you will have to wait minimum 15 minutes for mediocre pastries.

Fresh pastries everyday, good quality of cakes and cupcakes. They have a rely nice breakfast menu and since it’s next to work it’s very convenient, specially on Sunday morning. They have a fine French baguette with melted Swiss and Serrano ham to die for. Some places serve orange juice and you can have it everyday and everyday have a different taste. They have crazy awesome orange juice, always fresh way that crisp citrus taste with the perfect natural sugar tinge. The girls go through the orange badge and inspect a if them to be perfect, not spoiling or too ripe. Done laces just start their industrial orange machines and good oranges get mixed in with sour ones and you end up getting a not so good orange juice. This tiny bakery has become my new little break time indulgenent.

*Guava Pastry Review Only* My cousin bought me a Guava pastry from here and it was delicious! Since I didn’t visit the bakery myself, I can’t comment on the service. The pastry was buttery and flaky. It had a beautiful sheen on top. Very fresh. The guava filling was juicy and had just the right amount of sweetness. I definitely want to try more goodies from here.
