The service was mostly fine. We were looking for small motors for robotics, but they really only had motors specifically designed for model and RC cars. I think most of what they had was for cars, model boats, planes, and trains. My biggest concern is that nothing had a price tag on it, so for every item we had to ask someone to look up the price. They didn’t seem inconvenienced by this, but it’s annoying and time consuming for us.

Great prices but extremely poor customer service. Half the store is blocked off??? Why? I made a 80 mile trip to the store to pick up a faller item they had in stock. Went to pick it up and they wouldn’t let me in the isle!!! They said it was for online orders only… If you have a retail store, why is half the store not open to the public? Very upsetting. I ended up getting the kit because I didn’t want to go home empty handed… I honestly didn’t want to give this place my money. Very disappointed.

Very deceptive shipping practices. Ordered a helicopter online, selected and paid for 2-​day Priority Mail, they sent Fedex SmartPost — 7 – 8 days.
When emailed they make excuses on how much money I saved on the item. I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else if I knew I would have to wait 7 – 8 days but REALLY needed it for the weekend.
