McDonald’s

Good food and service. My order is always correct and delicious. Inside it’s very clean, comfortable and bathrooms are spotless. Also has lots of parking.

Great place with exception to Robert Sosa shift manager. Very rude. Ordered large fri… simple order right. After five minutes I still have no French fries and they are right there in sight. I mean just scoop up an order and let me go. Of course the kid who took my order is just talking not filling orders. So 7 minutes in I ask for a refund and here comes the shift runner all ready to tell me how rude I am to ask for a refund. I mean what happened to fast food. It’s an order of fries and I’m rude cuz I want a refund. I ask for corporate number and Robert actually says he thinks he has handled me before… handled??? Really? My first time here and you «handled» me before. Ok clearly someone has had had issue before but not me. I’m just a paying customer who wants fries in a somewhat fast manner. Ok so I’ll call customer service and they will loose a customer. McDonald’s… I didn’t need the calories anyway. Thank you!

Never had a bad service very, very, very fast drive thru go there almost twice a week. Mostly for breakfast not sure how the late day/​night service is but food is your standard mcdonalds quality.

I won’t even give this place a 1 star. I opened my bag full of food, and there it was a BABY ROACH crawling out my bag. I called the store and the manager was extremely rude. No apologizes or nothing. I’ve always come to this McDonald’s because it’s really close to my house, never had a problem until today. I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED !! I don’t want roaches in my food

Only give it three stars because what can you say about McDonalds as most franchises today are all pretty uniform in service, quality, etc… I have been to this McDonalds when visiting friends in this area and it is a very safe and good neighborhood, service at restaurant is pretty good and people from surrounding area are nice, calm and friendly.

On the way home, no hassle to order which is kinda rare. I guess I was craving for Mickey D.
