Favorite shoe store! Too bad they closed the one in the Grove so now I go to Dadeland Mall. They could optimize the VIP program but I love the fact that they have big shoes (I’m a size 10+) always on sale. Great quality, selection and service.

They have lovely clothes here and accessories. I found an eye-​popping orangey red one shoulder silk Alice+Olivia dress here that seemed like the ideal party dress for my event. I slipped into it and had to see how it looked outside the fitting room because there are no mirrors inside which really annoyed me. But, once I caught my reflexion I loved it. The bright color totally complemented my skin and hair. The only problem was that even the extra small was too big on top and needed to be taken in unless I was going to risk flashing my boobs. With no time to get a seamstresses’ help, I decided it was time to search elsewhere. But the snooty salesgirl insisted I take it because it was the last one and it looked great. When I pointed out the problem to her again she suggested I’d be fine as long as I didn’t raise my arms. Was she kidding? Obviously not from her serious face. Now that’s what I call bad customer service. You should never push a product on someone just to make a sale.
