Invicta Store

I came to International Mall to shop for a new watch… I figured that, between Kohl’s, Macy’s, and all the other stores here, someone would have something I liked. I had some firm expectations of what I wanted (style of band, color of the face, movement type, the fact that I need something with a smaller face to suit my wrist size, etc.)
While I found a few watches I’d have settled for in those other stores, none really made me say «Yes! That’s the one!». I happened to notice this Invicta store when exiting Macy’s and decided to stop. At first glance, almost all the watches I saw were HUGE, but then I noticed a display case toward the back of the store that contained exactly what I was looking for. An associate was there almost immediately, and offered to remove the watch I was interested in from the case. I tried it on, liked it, told her I’d take it and before I removed it from my wrist, she measured it up to determine how many links to remove to size it. She did need to remove a few sets of links in order to get the proper fit, but after her second try it fit perfectly; not too snug, not too loose.
While one employee was adjusting the band, a second associate explained the warranty to me and all the fine print. I walked out within 10 minutes of my arrival a completely satisfied customer.
It must be noted that, though I had a good experience here overall, one of their policies is that you cannot return any merchandise for a refund, only in-​store credit. In other words, if the watch doesn’t appear to hold up or be as well built as expected, or if you don’t like it for whatever reason, you’re stuck with only credit to buy another watch from their store — you can’t get your $$ back and go elsewhere. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a store with a policy like that… Especially a store like Invicta which is relatively small and only sells their own brand of watches.

One weakness I have is watches, well, I have another weakness, fine writing instruments (pens) I collect both. The Invicta Store is a place I can’t walk into without drooling, and I leave my credit cards in the car. Seriously I’d max them out.
Invicta makes some of the most ascetically pleasing and beautiful watches I’ve ever collected. Using unique materials like mother of pearl and meteorite Invicta continually changes the rules of watch design.
I have twenty Invicta watches and the Lupah is currently my favorite, but I also collect the Sub Aqua Noma Series, Pro Diver, and the Venom series.
All the watches are on display here, It’s hard not leaving with a yellow Invicta bag.

I dont know how can people give a 5 star review to this location of invicta store. I just got back from the mall went to the store and walk around the store for 10 min. and the two guys there did not even acknowledge me and I was ready to buy 4 watches there. One guy was short and the other guy was a bit taller. The Taller was on the cell phone I stand right in front of him and did not even say hi how can I help you. The shorter one was talking bullshit to two customer not even about watches talking about his cell phone and where was it. Buy my shit online what a let down. I hope these two asshole read this.

Finally an Invicta store, and they did it well! This store is clean, fresh, smells good, and the music is great. I LOVE Invicta watches, and this store has them all. Invicta has huge watches and they really turn heads, I recommend for anyone!
