Horrendous service. Broken furniture. Do not do hourly move. RIP OFF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 9 hrs for a 1 bedroom having elevators at both addresses. You pay for 2 people but only 1 person really working. Broken furniture gets dismissed as not their fault because they are under «stress». You’re better off getting workers from Home Depot and renting a uhaul truck. The quality of work would be better that these guys.
