I’m not sure why there are negative reviews up. I received great customer service. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My massage was great and relaxing. My skin was glowing after my facial. I had a great time and the price was awesome! I will use their service again and refer my friends.

BEWARE! FRAUD! SCAM! I purchased a groupon for a couples massage, etc. I called 6 days in a row, (left messages daily and no return phone call), until I finally spoke with someone who set up our appointment. (This should have been my first indication). They set up our appt at a 5 star hotel and promised a 48 hr in advance confirmation email. The email never arrived so I called the hotel spa myself only to be informed that there were no reservations for us and that they do not deal with, associate with, or rent out space to Gavanuh!!! I advised groupon and immediately was refunded my money. I have read one to many reviews stating the same thing… How can people like this be allowed to operate a business?

If I could give negative stars I would. I’m above livid to even see this company on credible sites such as groupon. I purchased their package and thought I was getting a phenomenal deal. Little did I know that the package was too good to be true. Their answering service called me on the HOLIDAY July 4^th to ask when I would like to book. I informed them that I may have more girls that will want to purchase so we can all get a spa day together. Since July 4^th I’ve been calling them back daily to confirm a date and time for a group of 6 and all I get is an ‘online receptionist’ taking my information to tell me that someone will call me back. My friends even scheduled time off from work and they never thought to have the decency to call a client back. Terrible service terrible company please don’t waste your time and money… they can call me and tell me I won a million dollars and I will make sure to let them know where they can shove it.

Be careful with this company!!! Something similar to the previous review is happening to us right now! We call and call to confirm an appointment and they just take my name and phone number and never call back. Seems like a SCAM! Reporting to Groupon and BBB.

The. Absolute. Worst. I bought a Groupon for my girlfriend and I to treat us to massages and spa day. We were very excited. We called ahead of time for an appointment. We then confirmed the appointment that week. When we showed up at the building, we were met with by the guard who called up to Gavanuh to let us up. NO ONE ANSWERED. we called multiple times up to the spa and nobody was there. Eventually, i tried calling from my cellphone and i reached a woman who claimed to be an «outside receptionist.» She told us there were no appointments available. I explained we already had one. She said we didn’t (mind you we confirmed 3 days prior)… I said do you have the appointment book in front of you? «No». Can i speak to someone inside the spa? «No.» Is there anyone else I can speak to? «I dont have that information.» Can you have someone let us up to the spa so we can talk to someone and make an appointment? «No.»
The customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. I spent ~$ 160 to have a nice day, and it turned out to be a horrible experience. A business should not be run this way, and I would not recommend Gavanuh at. all.
I have written maybe one review in my life, and I’m not a picky type of person. but this experience was absurd for my girlfriend and I.
