I did my research on this company and decided to purchase my hair extensions from them. I just received them today and was very disappointed. The hair has 4 different colors in it when I ordered their «platinum» hair color, they literally have blonde, red, golden brown and black hairs in the extensions (poor quality of processing the hair). The cuticles are not all going in the same direction they seem to be mixed within the extensions and the hair is thick at the top and very very whispy at the bottom. I have had extensions as long as I can remember and have never seen them in this poor of shape, cheap hair, but you also pay for what you get, I would have rather have paid the higher salon price and bought good quality hair.

This is an awful business. Bought hair extensions two months ago after speaking with a woman on the phone. I got my package and it was NOT what I expected (way less than she made me believe) Then I sent them back and was told I would receive and full refund. It has been 2 months and sent more than 4 emails and have tried to call 5 times and still out $ 150.
Do not use this company!
