They did an excellent job in repairing my expensive German made elliptical, which I had an impossible time finding anyone to even show up on the appointments I had made with some of the other so called gym equipment repair outfits in Dade County. John came out for initial visit to diagnose the problem, advising that a failed part was responsible, after contacting the manufacturer was able to order out the correct failed part, which turned out to be a defect in the entire line, & they shipped out replacement pieces free of charge, once they had arrived to my home, I txtd John for a follow up & he responded immediately! He pretty much took apart & re-​assembled 80% of the mechanical parts, & was able to complete the job with precision. The elliptical works perfectly again. Don’t hesitate to engage Fit Tech for your gym equipment repairs!

I was about to discard my treadmill because it hadn’t been working for over a year now but a friend suggested I give Fittech a shot. I decided to follow his advice and lo and behold, I’m about to jump on my treadmill for the third time this week. This guy was great– gave me a reasonable price and had it up and running in no time.
