Terrible delivery service. Unfriendly custumer service. We order 3 pizzas at 725pm they said that it will take 45min to deliver the pizzas call them after and hour and ten minutes they simple didn’t know where our order was. They said that in 10 minutes we will get it. after another 20 min call back and said it was on the way. cal back after 15 min just to heard them saying that it was lost and in a very unfriendly way asked if we want to reorder? Don’t order pick up from this lication

SHAMEONME! For trying this crap location again. Every time I’m severely disappointed. Don’t waste your time. Food takes forever to get here(for delivery — although I can’t imagine anyone going to «dine» in the actual store, it’s cold and the service is terrible. I can’t believe this place has lasted as long as it has. Oh yea, that’s right. Were in Miami and the service is always terrible here.

Very seldom do I order pizza but on this night I had company over and decided to order delivery. We really weren’t in the mood for Pizza Hut so we took a chance and ordered something different, Dominos. Sadly, very disappointed. The moment I called, I was point on hold without even given a chance to say hello! Then once I placed my order I was asked for my card info… Never have I ever been asked to give the last there digits on the back of my card in addition to my card #, expiration date, and my Billing zip code in order to be charged(Ive worked for a pizza shop before). After the order had been placed, it took 2 hours to receive my order when I literally stay 10 mins away… When I called to check the progress of the delivery, the cashier stated it’ll be here in 10 mins… 10 mins later I called back and they said the same thing — get my point! I only ordered two simple medium pizzas which one(my thin crust) was so thin to the point it was burnt! I deeply regret taking a chance with you guys… Never Again! I was so angry I took the time out to write a review

It has been my lifelong belief that pizza should be made in large ovens, by local entrepreneurs. However, in Miami we don’t really have much of that. Other local options have been, well, disgustingly unimpressive to say the least. So, I thought I’d give some money to the Evil Empire of Pizza, and actually it was the best Pizza experience I’ve had. Domino’s has really really improved in recent years! Their pizza is actually really good now. But, you can go to ANY Domino’s to try that. You should go to THIS Domino’s because it’s the best. The amount of pizza places on Calle Ocho is ridiculous. There are 2 Domino’s within a mile(and going from this one to the other one you will pass two Pizza Huts and a Little Caesar’s). However, I can affirmatively say that this one is the SUPERBEST. The same guy is always working, he looks like a human incarnation of «Luigi». He’s the nicest pizza cashier you’ll ever meet! It doesn’t matter if you come in while they’re mopping, you won’t be given a smirk, a stare, and he seems like he genuinely enjoys his job. It’s such a departure from the usual Miami service that it’s worth writing a Unilocal review about. Also, the inside is chilled down to Arctic temperatures; it’s nice and refreshing.

Surprisingly decent — really a 3.5! Usually a chain-avoidant kinda girl when it comes to pizza(I find Papa Johns utterly disgusting), but after Domino’s brilliant new ad campaign showcasing their new recipe, I figured we’d give ‘em a shot. Hell, they deserve our $ 12 if just to reward their innovative ad agency. Did the 2 mediums, 2 topping pizzas for $ 5.99 each deal, one for the BF and one for me. Usually when I call to order pizzas, the staff is gruff and apparently hate their lives, but this girl was a nice exception. Pizza came pretty quickly(faster than Casola’s ever does!), and I was starved so I dug in. And it was actually pretty good! I mean, it’s completely different from a true, NY style pie, so you can’t really compare the two — but that doesn’t mean it isn’t tasty. They have a garlic flavored crust, and it really adds flavor to the pizza. Yum. I ate almost the whole medium — OINK! I’m surprised to admit I’ll actually order from here again! Especially given that we don’t have any fabulous pizza places in our neighborhood. Good job Dominos!
