First time here today and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ve been meaning to visit this spot but I don’t live nearby so it took awhile, and I regret not coming sooner. I got the tuna bowl with white rice, a mix of veggies, spinach and the 3 sauces(which was an amazing choice). You can even purchase the delicious sauces to take home, yum! The restaurant is clean and has an outdoor table, if that’s what you like. It opens just in time for early lunch and late for dinner. Would recommend to everyone! Bring your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, your lover!

Healthy. Fast. Fresh. In an area of town void of healthy options, this is a little Mecca. The sauces are really good and not too greasy.

Diced seems to be one of the few healthy alternatives in the area. Since my office is somewhat nearby I make the trip to Diced at least once a week and thankfully I always tend to make it right before the lunch rush. I was really impressed with the concept and the choices they have. I always opt for the brown rice chicken bowl with red beans. The only complain I have from that dish is that the beans are usually missing some flavor but everything else is great. The staff is very helpful and courteous with a smile every time I’ve gone. The place is small and it has limited seating. There are some seats outside but with Florida’s unpredictable weather that can only sometimes be an option. Ahhh and you cant forget their dummy that they usually dress up as Trump or any other presidential candidate, I’ll continue to come here for lunch.

This place is phenomenal! I love the fact that they did not serve pork and their beans are vegetarian. It is tough finding a decent restaurant in Miami that serves no pork of any kind. Chicken is perfect. I am VERY picky with chicken. I can usually tell right off the bat if a chicken will be rubbery or lack flavor. I ordered a brown rice bowl with black beans and chicken. I had it topped with all the fresh veggies and toppings they had. The dressings were to die for! I was so tempted to order a second bowl but I’m trying to limit how much eat. LOL The owner is a sweetheart. Immediately welcomed us to his restaurant and answered any questions I had. I am definitely recommending this place to all my family members and friends. The only downside is that the restaurant is tiny and I felt crammed. I wish they can open another location further north. :-)

They really promote and push for the mayo based sauces. Stay away from this stuff if you really want an extremely healthy meal. I honestly wasn’t impressed with this place but I’ll still give it 5 stars for freshness, cleanliness, and the staff member behind the ordering counter was sweet. Plenty of parking within the shopping center where Diced is located. I remember grabbing a «Diced» bottled water from the fridge since I did ask for a bottle of water when ordering my meal but honestly I noticed they didn’t charge me for bottled water so I’m guessing it’s free. I think that’s cool how the water bottle labeled«Diced» is free to all customers. I ordered the chicken wrap with pinto beans and all veggies(had all this on a spinach tortilla). It was delicious, fresh, and healthy. I really enjoyed it. I almost got the tuna wrap but they mix the tuna all up with thick mayo and I’m not really a fan of mayo. Overall great experience. I went when the restaurant was a bit slow so I noticed a bunch of the male staff members just lounging around in their cell phones at the counter. Some had one hand on their head and one hand holding their cell phone(possibly on social media). There’s always something to do so try and stay productive when customers are present. If the restaurant is completely empty then go ahead and lose yourself in the world of technology. Will defiantly visit this location again to try one of their healthy bowls. Did the wrap the first time and really enjoyed it. Thanks Diced for the quick snack/late lunch.

Found out about this little spot at a bootcamp event that they were kind enough to be a part of for autism awareness. They pride themselves in serving healthy food so I didn’t feel guilty eating this after an intense workout. The man who was serving the food recommended a vegan sauce he had just created a couple of days before, along with a guava sauce –they were both DIVINE. They were nice enough to give me seconds since the portions were really small & also provided me with a shirt of theirs. I went to the actual restaurant a couple of days later & was welcomed in by the same guy who had recommended the sauces. The staff was very attentive & the food was even better the second time around. Will deff be going back soon.

This is the best bang for your buck healthy bowl in Miami, period. They are quick, friendly, fresh, and good on your wallet. The staff are also attractive, an added bonus. Dine in or get takeout. The location is clean and there is always ample parking. Get all three sauces and try the mango sauce – yum!

Diced is your health-conscious Chipotle sans guac. The employees are super-friendly and will help guide you through making your perfect wrap, salad, or bowl. Seasoning is light or non-existent, but I guess that makes sense. They offer three sauces that I’ve never ordered separately, but they’re amazing together. Also, you get freebies if you can knock over the mock Donald Trump by the entrance. Good luck.

I don’t know where I’d be without Unilocal because this is yet another example of a great place I would’ve never found on my own. Diced is off 67& Coral Way in a tiny shopping center across from CVS. We’re all pretty familiar with the«chop» style food item. Rice, beans, veggies and protein. But Diced has managed to take that formula and perfect it. I went with a chicken bowl to keep things simple. Their ingredients are the freshest I’ve had for a fast food establishment. All of my veggie selections tasted like they had just been cut. I kept reading that trying all of their sauces is the go-to move and trust me, it’s a must. The staff was extremely friendly and walked me through the order process(which isn’t at all that difficult). Looking forward to going back and hoping they start popping up more locations throughout SFla.

My girlfriend found this little place while searching for a healthy alternative to Moes or Chipotle. Their ingredients are fresh and simple. It’s similar to the places mentioned above but without the assembly line feature. It’s an open kitchen set up so you can see how they make your wrap, salad or bowl. The service was extremely friendly and they were nice enough to take the food to the tables outside so we wouldn’t have to get up. There’s a few seats inside and a few outside. I saw them also carry a bag to someone’s car for them so they wouldn’t have to carry it themselves which is a nice touch to service. We had a wrap with chicken, white rice, the fixings and all three of their sauces together which was recommended by the order taker. Also a bowl with chicken, brown rice, pinto beans and the same additions. It was really good. It’s good prices for a large portion. Between 7 – 9 dollars for something that definitely fills you up. Overall a nice little place to get a great bite to eat for a great price. They also offer smoothies, organic teas, sodas, etc. Give them a try!

Diced has turned into my go to spot for lunch. Diced is located minutes from my workplace. I have ordered delivery several times now and have not been disappointed. I absolutely love love love the rice bowls. The ingredients are always fresh. The brown rice is always cooked to perfection. It’s hard to find a place that cooks brown rice just right. There are so many choices to choose from to add to your bowl. The avocado when in season is an added touch. The sauces are delicious! I usually get all of them mixed together. My friend gets the salad and has never complained. Service is always friendly and delivery has been on point. Once I drove in for pick up and I have to say parking was a mission. If in search for healthy, fresh and affordable food you must try Diced!

Okay so getting here is like hell. I almost killed a Jay walking man taking grocery bags across the street. The turn was horrendous to get in lol, traffic, don’t get me started! Location could be better. When I walked in the cashier was dry and interrupted me a few times. Typical Miami customer service. Was not enthusiastic at all. The food on the other hand was delish. I had a bowl and I’m honestly going to come here again. I had all 3 sauces and yum! My mother had an actual tuna salad and she liked it too.

I liked this place so much the first time I visited that I came back two days later for another taste! Parking: in a lot next to the restaurant. Most of the spots say«for deliveries only» but I think it’s safe to park there — and also free and convenient. The interior of the restaurant is clean with a ton of natural light and although the place is small, it didn’t feel cramped on either of my visits. The first thing I tried was a salad — I chose my base, my protein(chicken), my vegetable toppings, and my sauces. I had the spicy guava and garlic pesto sauce, and was a little worried at first that this was going to be a strange combo, but they tasted DELICIOUS together. The whole salad was made of great tasting ingredients, tender and flavorful chicken, and the sauces just made the salad that much better(and probably that much less healthy). So, since I loved my salad I had to come back a few days later and have more. The second time, I had a quinoa bowl with the same toppings. I have to say I was disappointed. The quinoa was so salty it was almost inedible. I ate around it but was disappointed by the lack of fresh green veggies in the bowl(since it wasn’t technically a salad). The sauces still tasted great but overall the bowl didn’t work for me. Moral of the story: I will definitely be back and highly recommend you try this place, but I’m sticking to my chicken + salad combo.

The first thing that needs to be said about Diced is Thank You for opening in this area. Diced is maybe the only contemporary, modern American eatery in this heavily Hispanic neighborhood barren with cafeterias. Of course, the menu is simple, but the flavors are unique to the surroundings. Thank You again. The offerings at Diced are three: a wrap, a bowl, or a salad. It’s very simple. After you pick a wrap, a bowl, or a salad, you choose a type of rice(or quinoa), beans, chicken or tuna, and then some extra veggies(and cheese if you want). And then, to finish off your creation, you add one sauce to top it all. I have never ordered a salad, so this applies to the wraps and bowls. Now, the whole assembly process takes a few minutes. Even if the business is listed under fast food, it is not that fast. I mean, everything is ready to put on your wrap or bowl, but the chicken needs to be cooked. I don’t know about the tuna. Nonetheless, you will wait a bit. Taste-wise, it is pretty good. The food is less seasoned than what you may expect at the other restaurants nearby, but the ingredients are good enough to have their own flavor. It is not at assault on your tongue, it is more of a soothing of the palate. I like it. It gives variety. And everything is cooked well and fresh, no dead vegetables or overcooked rice or chicken, etc. It is pretty good food. The sauces that top everything off are pretty good as well. These may have a bit of Latin flair, but nothing noticeable. They are a good homage to Hispanic culture without diving into it head first. For a true Latin American experience, just drive around a bit and you’ll find a thousand cafeterias that will cater to your cravings. All in all, fresh, tasty, good prices, but best of all, an alternative for those that work/live around here. And healthy! I almost forget.

Thank you Unilocal for allowing me to discover another great place! This new healthy place is in a small plaza a little hidden! Being my first time, I walked into this empty place and the gentleman(I believe he was the owner) asked me if it was my first time and went ahead and explained to me the menu. I was curious on how they prepared their quinoa so they gave me a little to sample and wow just the quinoa by itself was delicious! I went ahead and ordered a steak bowl with quinoa, spinach, lettuce, cucumber, cilantro sauce, and sriracha to give it a little kick. After paying, I decided to add avocado slices also and paid the lady $ 1.00 for the addition. Upon arriving to my destination, I noticed they had forgotten the avocados. I called back and Natasha kindly apologized and told me that next time I go, they would give me avocado free of charge. I strongly believe in having the appropriate people represent your company. I’ve gone to «healthy» restaurants/juice bars and the people behind the counter are overweight. It’s like going to a hair stylist with a horrible hair-do! Everyone at DICED were in great shape and you could tell they are healthy people so it made the place trustworthy. Not only that, but their containers are also green-friendly so that’s a plus! I am definitely coming back here since the ingredients were very fresh and had great flavor! Love the cilantro sauce also, kinda reminds me of the one from pollo tropical lol. Instead of going to chipotle I’m going to come here only cuz of the quinoa option. Oooo and if you input your phone number, you get $ 10 off after your 10th purchase!

My first time at Diced… I actually found this place through Unilocal when I was searching for something close my house. I had a quinoa bowl with chicken, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, cilantro and 3 sauces that were great(1 was garlic, another had guava, and I can’t remember the other… sorry). Everything was very flavorful. Now the not so good parts of our lunch order. There was a family of four in front of us. We waited about 10 minutes for everyone to make up their mind and figure out what they were going to order. Having a second iPad to be able to place another order would make a big difference in wait time. I asked for a side of guacamole for chips and guac but they were out. Another issue was that because the inside in fairly small, it was difficult to find a place to sit. Many of the customers who were waiting to receive their to go orders were sitting around waiting. Maybe they can make a waiting area for the people who are not dinning in. I’d also like to see them recycle the cardboard containers they use.
