Jackie was simply amazing! I came in from having drinks from wood tavern and and decided to get some Denny’s. I was greeted by my waiter Jackie and she quickly got us seated… She got our food expeditiously and it was delicious. Big fan of the Denny’s on 3600 biscayne.

I can’t say that the other reviews are untrue, but I’ve been to this Denny’s twice and my experiences haven’t been nearly as awful as the others. First off, I’m so over places like Denny’s and IHOP. They’re overrated for the most part, and you shouldn’t come here expecting a delectable breakfast. If you want something fancy and interesting, go to another small restaurant. Parking is always easy to find(they have a lot in the back). If you take public transportation, there are stops nearby. Both times that I’ve been here we’ve been seated almost immediately. Here’s a pro tip: if you see the workers chatting amongst themselves, say something like, «Hi, how are you today? We’re a table of X. Can we just sit anywhere?». Saying nothing isn’t going to get you anywhere but neither is acting like a jerk. Another pro tip: you’re, for the most part, not allowed to bring animals into any dining establishment(including supermarkets). Service dogs are an exception(I believe) and you can get away with it if there is an outdoor seating area(which isn’t the case here). For both dining experiences, our waitresses were kind and pretty attentive. Could they have been better? Sure! But I also didn’t go in expecting 5-star customer service. My food was fine both times! I ordered your standard breakfast(eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes). Could it have been better? Of course! But it’s Denny’s! If you want super fluffy pancakes and fresh sausage/bacon, run to the store and make them yourself. Other than that, my orders have always been correct, and I’ve never received anything that was stale/old. Price is good. Almost the same as IHOP. If you want something better, don’t go to IHOP, go to a small business/restaurant in the area. Also, I’ve never had a problem with other unruly customers. Always average noise/occupancy.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time was great without issues. This time the nice young male host sat us. We then waited 10 minutes and left. We notified the 30 year old female how long we waited and why we were leaving. She didn’t seem to care at all. Too bad there’s not a friendlys around in the area. Or a good little diner. Next time I’ll increase the travel time for at least. Some kind of acknowledgement and service

The worst by far, pancakes were dry and the link sausage were old, bacon terrible and we had ants in our table, please save your monies and go somewhere else, no even the coffee was good.

I haven’t eat at Denny’s in at least 2 years but today they remind me why. I was at my table for at least 15 minutes and 4 servers by the register talking to each other. The service have change but for worse!!! Somebody once said«if you hire monkeys… You get peanuts» I thing this is the case. This is my first review ever and I’m just doing it to remind myself to not ever come back!!!

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had. Understaffed resulting in poor service. I had biscuits and gravy. The gravy had the consistency of milk and tasted rancid. My girlfriend had the club. You could lose a tooth on how hard the bread was. We spoke with the manager. He said there was nothing he could do. Sad.

The service is horrible as well as rude waiters and waitresses. They told us the bar section is not first come first serve. We waited over 40 min to be seated with more than 20 seats open and less than 10 parties waited to be seated. This is more than disappointing, I personally was ignored and disregarded. The hostess Michel completely ignored our questions and requests. They should not have they location open if they can not cater to the few people that already come here.

Terrible wouldn’t sum it up adequately. I called while on my way to place an order for pickup only to listen to(literally) 50+ rings including a call back after I was hung up on immediately. Finally someone decides to answer, which I knew was inevitable based on the incessant ringing in the Denny’s. I place my order only to get there and there be a confusion on three eggs, two pancakes, and bacon. I then decided to call while in there to see what goes on to people’s calls, one lady walked right up looked at the ringing phone and shrugged while she walked away. I was only there for 10 minutes and saw the most incapable group of people ever. One star was for the laugh I got out of it.

Worst experience ever! The waiter was rude to us, all the orders came out cold and messed up we asked for no onions or cheese all orders had them nothing was right, one of the waitresses dropped a pancake on the floor and she put it right back on the plate as if nothing happened that’s disgusting i wouldn’t eat something off the floor! the bus boys and waitresses were arguing back and fourth about their job the whole time in front of us cursing each other out over who’s job it was to do this and that it was just a disaster! This place has really got to do better! Was really disappointed!

Sat down had lunch once asked for the bill waitress asked me if I’m gonna leave her a tip which shows no professionalism billed me twice asked the manager why was I billed twice wouldn’t even care to know who it was and wouldn’t show me my signature I guess that’s how desperately they need the money from a tourist.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, I walk in with my friends, after 30 min we had to grab three menus and seat ourselves to an open booth. Second, after receiving my order our waitress did not provide us any silverware and went ahead and took care of someone else’s bill and was about to head over to the kitchen, where she disappeared to, but then realized she forgot to give us silverware and picked up three and sat it on the table. How can someone treat customers with such bad manners, I work at a restaurant as a server and I know that was the most horrible experience I’ve had to deal with. Third, She was not even there to take care of our checks; another waitress took care of our checks. I was about to walk out without paying when my friend payed for me, in curtesy to the cooks back in the kitchen which I don’t totally disagree but I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Esta mañana estuve desayunando con mi familia y amigos. Todos latinos, y por primera vez en Miami me sentí INCREIBLEMENTE incomoda y ofendida! Estamos de vacaciones y nuestro ingles no es perfecto pero lo intentamos, bueno, nos atendió una Mesonera llamada Monrose si mal no recuerdo, y fue algo terrible, en este momento no se como no nos paramos y nos fuimos, la Sra. nos torcía los ojos cuando le preguntábamos algo y yo que si entendía algo el ingles podía entender como la mujer nos decía entre dientes cosas como«esto es increíble» fue tan incomodo que mi esposo no quizo ordenar comida por no preguntarle algo. Nos sentimos súper ofendidos! como si fuera poco al llevarnos la cuenta nos pregunto cuanto pensábamos dejarle de propina. Soy asidua de Dennys pero lo de hoy fue un maltrato inaceptable y lamentable. Comida: La comida aceptable como siempre solo que la mesonera nos llevaba los platos incompletos, el desayuno sin los panqueques, primero unos platos y muchos después otros.

We meandered in just after 10pm because Panera was closed. We were seated promptly as there were only 3 other tables with people. Our waitress came out to take our drink order and brought them out fairly quickly. It went downhill from there. My husband ordered the fish & chips and I ordered a Caesar salad an a mango smoothie. Fifteen or so minutes later, she came back to give me my salad and to tell us that they didn’t have any fish & chips. Husband changed his order to a Caesar salad. Ten minutes later she brings the second salad. The salad was old and we only ate about half of it. I never got my smoothie and it took us another ten minutes just to get her attention to get our check so we could leave. Won’t return.

This restaurant thinks so little of its customers that they don’t even bother to chase off the money beggars and other bums that loiter on their property — some of them right there at the entrance! EVERYTIME we eat there, there’s panhandlers at the door or splayed across the walkway out front. Why they don’t issue trespass warnings and why management won’t call the cops is UN-FCUKING-BELIEVABLE! We’re going to find another Denny’s — won’t go to this one again.

Was Christmas morning, and most places around the hotel were closed. We were not keen on eating(and paying for a hotel breakfast) so we found a Denny’s. Good and reliable. Was packed, though we were seated within ten minutes. I had coffee and a Grand Slam, pancakes and eggs. What more can you say? decent, good food, fair price — then we were on our way!

Me and my relatives planned to have our breakfast at Dennys in Biscayne 36th St just this morning. We have a small dog so we went infront just to ask and check if its OK to bring our dog because we don’t know their policy. As soon as we stepped in the door, not saying a word yet, this old man server with a ponytail yelled at us and told us that the dog has to stay outside. he is telling us about the rules and policy without even letting us speak. I tried to tell him not to yell and just say it politely but he kept on yelling and humiliated us in front of other customers. we are civilized people. he can talk to us in a nice way. He is Very rude and unprofessional in dealing with customers.

I literally waited like 20 minutes to have a hostess attention she told me I would be seated within the next 5 minutes. I waited and no one attended me. Went for a 4 am food fix and was pleasantly surprised. My waitress was awesome! She was attentive, got the order right, and brought stuff out fast. Stuff was clean and the food was to be expected: nothing fancy, but good enough for 4am :-)

Teilweise recht voll zur Mittagszeit und dadurch längere Wartezeiten, weil das Personal ein wenig überfordert wirkt. Es könnte auch etwas sauberer sein. Dafür ist das Essen wie in allen anderen Fillialen sehr gut und ausreichend. Man bekommt zum essen ein Glas Wasser dazu, aber nicht jedes mal. Alles in allem ein guter Laden zum Frühstücken und eine günstige Alternative zu den sonst relativ teuren Restaurants.
