Coolest Air Conditioning

Woke up Thursday and found my a/​c had quit cooling. Called at 7 AM and phone was answered by Ana. To my surprise she gave me an appointment for between 11 – 12. The tech showed up and did a good job of diagnosing the problem which was a break in the control wiring that was outside. He needed to buy a electrical whip. He installed a jumper to the condenser got the compressor running so that we could cool off. Came back Saturday morning and finished the job at a reasonable price. Great service

Tonight our A/​C stopped working. We called Ana at Coolest Air Conditioning, and she squared us away, promising someone would come out to our place within 90 minutes. Danny arrived within this timeframe, quickly assessed the problem (a blown capacitor), and fixed it right away. It is so hot out, and we are so glad for this prompt, expert, and reasonably-​priced service.

my ac wasnt blowing cool so i called up ana she sent over technician mike within a few hours he was knowledgable to the situation when described the problem. he had parts on hand was transparent about what he was doing and what the issue was. he had my ac back up and running within an hour. fast prompt and parts and labor were well within reason. would definitely recommend to anybody and will be doing business again with them in the future if i encounter anything else

My 14 year old home air conditioner stopped cooling the other day. After suffering through a few days of heat I found Coolest Inc. on Unilocal and thought I would try them out.
They were able to come the same day I scheduled. They gave me a call 30 minutes before the scheduled time as I had asked so I could drive back and meet them. They were cheerfully waiting for me when I got home.
They checked out the system and then gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable. They immediately started working to fix the problem, showing me before and after photos of the work. No complaints about working in the rain or wading through a huge puddle that had formed.
Efficient, cheerful, communicative… what’s not to like?

Professional, knowledgable, and punctual staff that will not disappoint.
I have recommended this company to everyone I know and I have yet to hear any negative feedback.

Incredible customer service and HONEST, which is what I most liked about them. My AC wasn’t working and a friend recommended Coolest Air so I called them. The guy I spoke with was very attentive. He was at my house the following day on time and knew immediately what was wrong, he was done within 30 mins! The best part is even the cost of the service was reasonable! All their guys are extremely professional, courteous, and always on time. Had a few issues with my AC unit and they were able to troubleshoot it and have it resolved right away. Their pricing is excellent as well.
